The air conditioning was quite noisy, and the room was not very well insulated and you could hear other doors slamming all the time. The price was not very cheap, so I expect a little better in this regard.

It is sometimes a little bit nosier on the street, but the hotel itself is generally quite quiet. The breakfast is usually great, but this time I felt that there were fewer items available than last time.

This hotel has probably the nicest staff I've ever seen. Everyone is super nice here. I also like the location, which is very convenient if you need to be in Poruba. It is my go-to place to stay each time I am in Ostrava.

The only drawback is the sound insulation. There is almost none. So if your neighbors or people outside get a little noisy, you will hear them a lot.

The staff was fantastic. Everybody was super nice. The hotel and the room felt very cozy. I really enjoyed my stay there. And the breakfast was great, a lot of yummy stuff to choose from. There are also very good restaurants and a confectionery nearby.

If you have to be close by in Poruba at the sports facilities or at the universities premises, the location is fine. Otherwise it’s a long ride to Ostrava city center.

One of the few Czech hotels where you can really make your room dark, which is really important in a country where it gets light in summer very early.

They didn't change the towel and bed sheets even though I didn't hang "do not disturb" They have just put new coffee and shampoo that's all. No cleaning again.

The personal staff are good and kind. The breakfast is sufficient. The air conditioner is working well. The position is well. The bus and tram stops are very near.

The receptionist seemed slightly bored and the check-in was lengthy. We think the price was too high.

The bathroom ventilator was as loud as a plane taking off, and it's not an exaggeration. Plus we have found the name card of the previous person staying in the room (he was a festival promoter who came for Beats for Love, just like us). 😀 But these were minor inconveniences that we laughed off. Definitely would come again!

Sareza Hotel is located in a quiet, sleepy neighborhood of Ostrava, but it was really easy to get there from Svinov station. The room is so quiet that you could "hear the silence loud in your ears" which was amazing. Beds were alright, the bathroom was well-equipped, didn't try the TV. Staff was nice, they tried so hard to speak English for us, since we didn't speak any Czech. Definitely would come again!

Leaving Ostrava!

The breakfast was delicious every day. I could hear the ice hockey tournament but this did not bother me. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind as I was unwell during my stay.

It doesn't justify the price (over 5000 CZK). There was no air conditioning, which caused problems falling asleep because it was so hot. Air conditioning was the least I expected and was the cause of my frustration with the price I paid.

The apartment was big and good-looking. The hotel is located close to a bus and tram stop, which is a good thing. The attendant at the reception was kind.

you can directly say a bugger. I am very interested in who gives good reviews to this hotel there, not only 3 does not even pull on one. duty hotel for one night with a night butterfly. this is how you can describe it. The room smelled of mold or drank. the doors were left in shock. zero service. the staff is really great. but nothing depends on it. the car is delivered to you they say that there is no guarantee that in the morning it will be whole
