Kinda was missing a full length mirror (but true I didn't check inside the wardrobe?). I would also expect from this kind of hotel to have at least a selection of tea/bottled water for free (which becomes normal at other locations with 4****) and a body lotion/hair conditioner. But what would bother me the most is the noise in the morning when ladies clean the rooms. If you are at the spa hotel you want to rest and not to be woken up by a noisy chatter of housekeepers.

We liked the location of the hotel. Our balcony overlooked the town. The staff was great, especially the italian waiter of Sun Cafe in the hotel! Everything was clean; breakfast super!

Registration is digital which is good but it takes long to type in the form. Sauna is small :(

Location is the best! Staff is kind and attentive. Clean toilet and bathtub. Simple but good breakfast (good basics to start your day). Reasonable prices for cosmetic procedures and massages.

The room was very nicely decorated and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast room is very elegant and the breakfast has various options. Sauna and a small pool is accessible, clean and with generous opening hours.

The breakfast was (for me) a little sad; while plenty of choice and a full continental breakfast was the bread both days limited to 'tough' rohliks. great that I can choose whatever but it starts for me with nice bread... The Spa was disappointing, They have a small finish sauna and a small pool. Missing a bubble bath and or steam room, and also some actual space. It was crammed in a few m2 thus not inviting to be there longer than needed.

Hotel and also the room were nice, it is a old building but in good shape. The room was spacious and the beds ok. The staff were friendly, checkin/out fast and my 2 little dogs were welcome. The hotel has a nice sunny terrace at the front overlooking the main footpath to the health attraction of the city, and it's surrounded by beautiful parks and forrest / ski slope.

Hard beds, but hotel staff informed us they are fixing it in the future.

Everything was spot on, very clean, and staff was helpful and spoke many languages. The only problem we had was the hard beds. We would have personally preferred softer ones. But all the rest was amazing. The view from the superior rooms is spectacular. Spa open till 8 is very convenient. Receptionist gave us a recommendation of what to see (lady was local and knew good places). Breakfast was continental style and had plenty of choices from beans and bacon to sweet Czech " koláče ". Coffee in a variety of options and also fresh veggies and fruit. Decor of the whole hotel was very royal like. We felt very welcome.

Great Location and close to everything. The staff is extremly helpful and polite. I arrived in the Late afternoon and I was able to get a facial in the evening that the receptionist Booker for me. Great treatment and very good value for money. Also amazing breakfast.
