Very nice, freshly renovated hotel on the slope of hill above lake. Very nice view. Modern clean room, quiet surroundings (lots of birds). Good breakfast, very good restaurant. Wellness zone with jaccuzi an pool. Nice helpful staff. Close to all attractions of Moravian Karst

The floor in the swimming pool and jacuzzi is slippery, you really need to be careful. At the entrance to the terrace from the swimming pool there is a metal step which gets really hot in the sun. Our daughter burnt her foot . This is something to consider to change our watch for

We were travelling from Poland (Gdańsk) to Croatia (Rijeka). This hotel is exactly in the middle of the trip. It was perfect for us. With all the nature around and the kid's playground we could rest for the other part of the trip. Excellent and flexible customer service. We arrived at 9 am and could have breakfast which we wouldn't eat the next day as we left at 4 am in the morning. The restaurant had delicious food for a reasonable price (compared with Croatia) We spent almost all day in the pool and in the jacuzzi.

The hotel was beyond our expectations!!!. Starting with the location ,spot on,beautiful,quite rural areas,The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly. Kitchen cuisine was delicious, overall highly recommended place for family stay. Things worth mentioning inside the hotel Kras are a swimming pool ,hot tub and jacuzzi, and also play room with darts, PlayStation and more, so plenty things to do. If we plan to go in this area again, we will definitely stay in this place again. .

Negative experience was with apple juice at breakfast where it wasn't replenished and was clean water for 3 days. Seating area around the kids place was in bad shape

Breakfast was good, although not much change through the week happened. Wellness was nice but quite small and easily crowded. Staff was very attentive and highlight of the stay.

Nothing that could end up being a deal breaker for visiting this hotel again. Some of the amenities for the kids seemed a bit used-ish and it would be nice to replace them (shouldn't be too big of an investment). It would also be great if room keys would be able to unlock the hotel entrance.

The location and the hotel itself were incredible! The staff was friendly and the rooms were flawless. We had a pleasent stay during the weekend, had a good night sleep. The place is quiet overall and a good getaway spot. The breakfast was a buffet and the food was awesome. We will stay there again definitely!

Too far from the highway (approx 40 minutes of country roads). If you don't stay in the hotel for some local attractions, choose something closer to the main road

The water in the pond is dirty and not really suitable for swimming.

Excellent hotel, with large rooms. A massive patio in front of the room with seating and loungers. The food was delicious, and I really recommend local tapas as a starter to share. Access to a whirlpool with the view included.

The hotel was spectacular and family friendly. My kids loved the outdoor playground, playstation room, the indoor swimming pool and the football place. The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast could be improved and you can enjoy a delicious burger in the restaurant at night. Plus they have kids menu for dinner. You can enjoy long walks around the lake and enjoy the sun in the room balcony.

I can't think of anything.

The food in the restaurant was great. We loved having a separate mini-room for the kids with a bunk bed. The room was very spacious. We really enjoyed the pool area. Nice view of the lake from our room. Huge balcony. Playground outside. We had fun playing darts in the game room. The restaurant had a play area for kids, so we could eat in peace : ). Practical for visiting the nearby caves.

There could be an electric kettle at disposal in the hotel room of this standard. We spotted a few ants in the bathroom and bedroom but it is located in nature so it's just natural. We were surprised by a presence of a dog in the hotel restaurant a bit. This one was small and calm so it didn't bother anyone. We didn't used the pool as the water is rather cold for our taste.

We were positively surprised by the spacious aestethic hotel, rooms, halls, terraces. Staff was very kind and helpful. Bike storage place, parking lot, wifi, children's corner, small cinema, playgrounds, jacuzzi, tasty cuisine including home-made pasta, pizza and everything fresh, it all served us well. Proximity to the Single Trail and paths in the beautiful nature for long walks were just as great. There are many opportunities to visit other spots in the area nearby (caves, castles, hiking, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back.
