Location and environment were excellent. Staff very helpful and cordial.

The room was wonderful, but the breakfast was exceptional. We were made most welcome and the staff were helpful and attentive. The concierge in particular helped arrange a private tour of the Estates Theatre, something very important to us.

Could not fault this place. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and very helpful and the hotel is beautiful. We stayed for our 5th wedding anniversary and were very kindly upgraded to a better room and had sweet treats and a bottle of bubbly waiting in our room. We were also given a complimentary glass of prosecco at check-in. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options including for vegetarians. If you opt for breakfast, try the pancakes! The room itself was comfortable with an excellent bathroom with all the extra touches you expect from bathrobes to toiletries. The heated floor in the bathroom is definitely something I'll miss. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful location!
