The disappointment when you’re sleeping in a newer part of the hotel which feels old but without any charm. Extremely noisy bathroom ventilator in room 307 (sounds like a chainsaw from a horror movie). Bits of hair on one of the towels. Hearing a neighbour snoring so loud it shakes the walls.

Cleaning service could be better - They did not wash mugs or glasses, did not change sheets when they got stained. The bathtub was very small.

We went for a glass of wine in the bar and they carried us two glasses of the cheapest "sold by litre tetrapack" wine in trade, calling it "Sauvignon" and a dish of chips from a bag opened the day before or, sadly, as old as the building. Stick to beer or just go anywhere else. All bars/restaurants in the square are plenty good enough.

Beautiful, well preserved Liberty Style palace, right in the city square, garage besides the entrance, rooms large and well furnished, minibar included, large bathroom (two taps in the shower, no mixer, but it's a problem only if you are a gen Z). Really elegant, comfortable, stylish and reasonably priced. Have a walk to the castle just above, 10 minutes distance.

They just missed to refill the shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom. Although we didn’t bother to ask for it since we brought some toiletries (just in case we encounter such instance)

1. The hotel is just few mins walk to the train station 2. The staff are very helpful and accommodating - they helped us find and book a taxi to and from the Park 360 (concert venue) 3. The room (for 3 persons) is spacious and the hotel rate is cheap 3. Would say complimentary goodies in the room is a plus ;)

The room doesn’t have air conditioning and gets pretty hot (july), the reception wasn’t very friendly, quite the opposite.

Maybe rooms and restaurant need some refreshment, but it doesn't make the stay worse, there is everything You need.

Friendly staff, lovely restaurant with awsome fried cheese. Rooms comfortable, great location- just at the market. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast very rich, with different types of cheese, meat, warm meals and desserts. It was my second time, for sure I will be back. Staff is absolutely the star if this hotel, thank You!

Breakfast was great, in the restaurant of the older building. Terrific location on the main square. I used the hotel as a base to visit the great variety of sites in the area, for rock formations, history, and architecture.

The room did not have electric kettle, tea nor coffee. The toiletries provided were not good quality and certainly could be improved for a 4-star hotel. The check-out time was inconveniently early at 10:00 a.m., which is 2 hours earlier than all other hotels I have stayed in around Europe and the world (and I travel a lot).

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly, polite, professional and helpful staff (all of them!). The room was clean and quite, with a great view on the castle. We wuld be happy to stay there again!

Nothing, it was a perfect service!

A lovely spacious room. Very quiet. Even the standard room has a view (the castle!). The cafe and restaurant downstairs open till late and serving really nice food (very reasonably priced and large portions too!) Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking on the square if staying in the hotel.

Beds were two small size beds put together and had generaly not good sleep for the money. Large bed is not even in superior which costs 2600 czk.
