Property was in an excellent location-close to Charles bridge and 15-20 min walk to the Castle.

The main issue is with the host. We accidentally left our keys in our room and had to call the manager/owner. We were scolded about leaving the keys. He told us how angry he was and he would stop renting to Americans because of things like this. Very unprofessional! My wife and I come from central Florida and have extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Perhaps he should come see how we handle issues and he could learn some manners. We definitely would not come back here for this reason.

Location, location & location, and last but not least, the kindness of the staff

The room could've been way cleaner, and they could offer a better quality of breakfast . It only requires a bit more effort and doesn't cost much more .

we chose the hotel mostly based on its location and it was really a great choice. The room was comfortable and clean. We liked the possibility to leave our luggage for some hours at the reception

There was a cattle to boil water but unfortunately there was no bags of tea/ coffee, i didn’t think to bring mine with me

Very good location, excellent rooms, very friendly staff. Off the beaten path but close to key locations.

My one worry is a woman alone could be a bit vulnerable. The street door opens and closes very slowly with the key card at night, so someone could easily follow you in. Also, there's no staff around at night, so slightly unnerving. But this is hypothetical...I never felt unsafe.

So close to everything to see in old town we were able to walk everything. We loved the bar seen down below out the window but some might not like the noise if they go to bed early.

We had big heavy luggage. Their first floor is above the cafe and there’s only stairs, no lift. We managed to drag our luggage up but wasn’t easy. No prob if you travel light.

Great location, attractions are closer to the room.

The location was perfect to explore Old Town Prague.

The location!!! Lovely bar with wonderful bartenders across the street. They have AC.

Great location! Basically in old town and close to all tourist attractions and good restaurants. Clean, a lot of space, comfortable beds and place for your bags. Fridge and kettle in the room are nice touches.

The fan (or ac) in the room was quite noisy and it was difficult to control it but were thankful it gave us some cold air in this hot weather

Excellent location. Nice rooms, cosy. It's great to have a kettle and hairdryer in the room. It makes life easier for travellers.

A small waste bin in the bathroom was really needed.

Alles was prima. En de ligging was perfect.

Air conditioner saved us in the summer heat. The facilities were nice and well equipped with everything we needed.

The fridge was very weak and didn't chill things well
