    Da localização. É a única coisa boa do hotel.

    As fotos não correspondem à realidade do hotel. Quartos desconfortáveis com roupa de banho rasgada. Não limparam nem uma vez o quarto. Só trocaram as toalhas. Funcionários péssimos na recepção à exceção de Mark. O resto era de uma má vontade que nunca vi. O hotel não tem qualquer tipo de serviço e nem telefone no quarto para contatar a recepção. A iluminação do quarto era péssima e o colchao cheio de buracos. Horrível! Dizer que este hotel é um Palácio é no mínimo desonesto. Me espanta as avaliações do booking.

    Localização muito boa,perto do relógio astronômico.Tem um restaurante embaixo do prédio com café da manhã e fica aberto quase o dia todo.

    O lado do hotel que ficamos não tem elevador,camas extremamente barulhentas(barulho metálico),ar condicionado é regulado na recepção e não no quarto,então tem que pedir para eles deixarem como quer.Travesseiros altíssimos e desconfortáveis e funcionários não muito simpáticos.

    Recepcionistas pouco educados. Não estava incluído café da manhã. Box do banheiro muito pequeno.

    Excelente PA e os colaboradores muito atentos e simpáticos. A localização não podia ser melhor

    Os colaboradores da recepção cumpriram os mínimos, pois passávamos cumprimentava-mos e maior parte das vezes nem um olhar. As janelas deveriam ser reparadas, pois o ruido da rua até tarde, é significativo.

    Localização e frigobar

    Funcionários não são receptivos e nem um pouco simpáticos. Parece que o quarto não foi o mesmo que contratei, paguei por um quarto superior e não se parecia com o que estava nas fotos do booking. O quarto ficava no sótão e o teto tinha uma parte mais baixa que atrapalhava especialmente na hora de tomar banho, pois eu não conseguia ficar de pé no chuveiro. A limpeza deixou a desejar, havia manchas no carpete e uma das toalhas estava suja. A janela não possui vedação adequada, então o barulho da rua à noite atrapalhava muito e não pude dormir bem. O hotel precisa de uma renovação, as instalações são bem antigas e precisam modernizar. Não recomendaria a hospedagem.
