Lots of stairs to the second floor! Made up for Not going to the gym for the week I suppose and thankfully the hotel owner kindly carried my case up to the top floor on arrival!

Location in the walled city and cathedral really nice. Breakfast content good but some confusion on weekend breakfast times as many people staying at the hotel were attending the same event with tight, early allocated start times. Staff very reluctant to serve up any earlier for us even though they had everything in place. I think they were enjoying their own coffee and catch up with other staff to go the extra mile. Took some time to persuade them to bring out the meats, breads etc and turn the coffee machine on!

There was annoying sound from radiator all night. We missed electric kettle. The shower would need more clean up, there was mold.

The hotel provided portable crib for a baby, also comply with the room request we chosed in reservation. The room was big enough, there was refrigerator. The hotel is older and the sofa had crackers, but the room was clean and I liked it. We had a view to the courtyard so it was quiet at night (exept radiator). The hotel doesn't have an elevator. There have been only few options for breakfast but it was enough, there is nice coffee machine. Cleaning lady was there to provide additional needs like towel or toiletpapper.

Location, Location, Location. old established hotel in old town inside fortified walls. Has its own private car park and close to alternative bars and restaurants. giving a choice though the Hotel's restaurant was great.

No lamps on the bedside tables. No lift, but stairwell is large enough to let you move about easily.

PARKING: private backyard behind the hotel closed by a bar from a secondary road. The area is paved. To get there you have to drive half of the block around and enter from where it looks to be another hotel instead. But then a door takes you directly back to the rooms area as shortcut. CHECK-IN: uncomplicated, but the receptions wasn't guarded: I had to call the host to come and assist. He was there in no time. STAFF: friendly and supporting WIFI/VPN: works BREAKFAST: nice and satisfying LIFT: no MINIBAR: yes KETTLE: no SIZE: large room with large window on the back of the building CLEAN: yes BATHROOM: huge and with window QUIET: yes Services/Restaurants/Attractions around: you are in the center downtown of Louny, so everything is very close accessible just by walking, but if you are super lazy (or late), the restaurant in the same building serves Czech food and drinks and there is nothing more to ask.

Little selection for breakfast. Should be buffet but there wasn’t enough for everyone. But be fair lady coming ti asking if she should make more eggs or sausages. Just you have to wait.Still we were ver happy and undesirable they won’t waste much food

This hotel is in an old building, but renewed and newly furnitured. It's location is great, in the hart of the downtown. Restaurants are close, and the hotel has an own one. They provide closed parking place.

Missing lift but it is an old building so this will not happen. It is what it is, but good to know that there are a lot of stairs.

They ensured to give us the room with the biggest bed as I asked for a long bed. Extremely comfortable room and kind staff!!

Lovely setting and great food. Stayed with a group visiting the WSB in Most and the owner of the hotel was so helpful and went out of his way to sorting taxes and other places to visit. Will definitely stay again.

When i arrived, there was no reception. I collected my room key from the adjoining restaurant. Within the room itself, there were no coffee/tea making facilities which i have never come across before in any hotel, budget or standard. When it came to having a shower, there was no hot water and after a flight and travelling this was not ideal. Also with no reception, just the restaurant staff next door, the response time to dealing with this would have been slow I'm sure. I'm afraid i did also find a few hairs in the bed which is never pleasant. As i was travelling for business, i was up early the following morning and with no drink facilities in the room, i couldn't even get a coffee from the adjoining coffee shop as i left before it opened. I'm afraid i wouldn't stay here again for business or leisure.

The room itself was spacious and the décor was lovely. Comfortable bed. The location was central to the town.

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable room. Quiet. excellent wi-fi connection. Very large screen TV 65''+ with cable tv, satelite, Netflix etc.all in cluded and free of charge. Fridge available, very large closet. Comfortable bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
