The entrance and key handover is a bit funny and took us a minute to figure it out in the middle of the night. We were tired and can’t say we enjoyed the experience.

Instruction to get the keys could be more clear like where exactly the keylocks are located etc. Also it would be helpful to inform the guests about the usage of the washing machine. I needed to wait 5-6h to use it since the other guest selected the longest program on the machine.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have the washing machine in the flat. As the location it was very nice as well, walking distance to the old town.

I was surprised that although it was a non-smoking facility, people could smoke on the balcony. This was a problem one morning when a flatmate smoked with the door open and the entire apartment smelled like smoke.

The design, cleanliness, washer/dryer combo in the bathroom and proximity of this apartment to the local brewery was top. The apartment is also super close to a well stocked grocery store and within walking distance (takes about 20-30 minutes) to Brno city center which we loved. However, the promptness of Michaela and Anna‘s responses and their willingness to help really blew us away. Truly excellent!! Thank you both!

Some more small boxes /containers. Easy contact. If contactless chekin make the key in same apartment downstairs rather searching for the some other address.

For International traveler, collecting a key from different address is not an easy one. Make some other arrangement. Also on the day of coming, meet and explain the customer reg. detail of apartment including safety. As all notice are on Czechia.

The common areas are small for 6 people.

It was a nice flat but keep in consideration that it is a shared apartment with 3 rooms so in total you could be in 6 people sharing a tiny space.

Appartment is located in panel block of flats. Keep in mind that this is a room in appartment with share WC and bathroom. Walls and doors aver very thin so nearly no any sound insulation. If someone is walking in the corridor on on shared kitchen, you will hear everything.

The key should be picked up in different place. Also we had an issue with house location, it was resolved via calling the support manager, he helped us to find the right building. I would recommend the guidelines to be updated with the correct map and location.

Nice room in a walking distance from the city centre. Clean and with everything you need to stay for 1 night.

I didn’t notice on the first glance that it’s shared apartment with separate rooms. Obviously the other person stayed in the same apartment didn’t notice as well and left key inside entry door so I couldn’t get in until she opened me. shared bathroom was occupied in the morning

On the shelf in the room there were a little bit of stains, seemed like from coffee. Might have been overlooked. Otherwise no problem.

Provided coffee pads for coffee machine (in kitchen) is a nice gesture. Bed was comfortable. TV with Netflix access is useful. Bathroom was very clean. Hairdryer included in the bathroom. Detergent and softener provided for washing machine (in the bathroom). Plenty of additional toilet paper in the toilet. Bathroom & toilet are shared between 3 rooms, which is sufficient. 2 minute walk to tram/bus.

The bathroom doors had a broken knob, so it was not possible to lock it.

However, there are some issues that significantly spoiled our experience. The biggest problem was the bathroom. The lock was broken, the door didn’t close, and the shower had a transparent glass panel without a curtain. Since the bathroom is shared, taking a shower was very uncomfortable — it constantly felt like someone could accidentally walk in. This is probably the biggest downside of the accommodation. Each room is labeled as an “apartment,” even though the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are actually shared. This is misleading. The room with white walls in the photos actually had purple walls in reality. The keys also had to be picked up at another location, which was not clearly indicated. The bed frame had broken slats under the mattress, so the bed sagged in places. The walls are very thin: you can hear both the neighbors and the street noise.

The renovation is modern and generally pleasant, and the room had almost everything you might need, even a fan. There is a store nearby, which is convenient. We were also lucky with the neighbors — they were quiet and didn’t create any extra noise.
