Beautiful location in the heart of Kutna Hora steps away from St. Barbara’s Cathedral. Clean room with great views and very good breakfast.

Although the room was cleaned and the bedding was definitely in good condition. We found that there quite a bit of maintenance due. Our biggest complaint was the bathroom, The seams were full of mold especially on the floor, in corners and in the shower. The ventilation was clogged by dust and thus did not do much. Exacerbating the mold problem. Also there was no bin in the bathroom and only one without a lid in the appatment (not ideal for feminine hygiene).

The location was amazing, we had a great view of st Barbara's cathedral from our room (i think most rooms have great view) The view from the terace is also great. The breakfast is plesant and the dinner is also quite decent. The staff was helpfull and nice. The main advantage ofcourse is the central location giving you acces to most of the museums and other attractions during low traffic hours.

Everything was great

Very kind people and a super cosy hotel. The hotel is walking distance to all cool places in town and has one of the most breathtaking views I've ever seen on their terrace. Thereza was super welcoming and helped enhance our stay even further! Whenever we come back to Kutna hora we'll stay here again.

We got the lower level room and there was a smell of humidity from the walls. Almost no external view from the room. I guess same hotel with upper level room would have been perfect....

There was nothing that we didn't like. The place itself was perfect as is.

Breakfast was a lovely continental-style buffet with a fine assortment of things. The view from the room and on the patio was breathtaking. The location was amazing, close to all the must-see attractions but also in the quieter part of the city that has maintained its old-world charm.

Choice at breakfast.

Choice at breakfast was a bit limited but ok. We asked for hot chocolate and they offered to make it for us specially. Staff was always very nice and polite.

I guess top floors would be inaccessible to people with moving disabilities? Steep stairs. Unless I didn't notice elevator. Otherwise, everything is absolutely perfect.

Place is just TOP! Views to old town, palace, Barbara's church, valley! Awesome. Breakfast on terrace with all those views - even better ;) It's at pedestrian area, but nearest parking space (free) is like 100 m away, so absolutely no problem with parking.

Great location (view of St Barbara's Cathédrale from our bedroom window!). The staff was friendly and helpful; there was a nice locked area to store our bikes overnight. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Nice breakfast was included.

The hotel is not very well maintained. No upgrades have been made for a long time. We won't choose this hotel again.

The location was exceptional. There is no better hotel with a better city view in Kutna Hora. Also, the staff was very helpful and kind.

The location is perfect and if you’re lucky you’ll get a room with a gorgeous view, but, the hotel staff is unprofessional and didn’t (want to) speak English. The manager doesn’t speak English at all and he isn’t very welcoming; certainly not a well-mannered professional who appreciates the hotel guests (or perhaps only those who speak Czech). Breakfast buffet was almost all gone at 9 am (they say they serve until 10 am), and staff didn’t really care much about it. Staff didn’t look after the buffet or their hotel guests. In the room, several lights and plugs didn’t work. The bathroom was just dark with only one sad-looking light functioning. Hotel staff is loud, yelling to each other in the hallway. On the day that we left, there was no water for showering or for anything else you may need it in the morning. No compensation was given. If you’re looking for a perfect and beautiful location in Kutná Hora, this hotel is recommendable. But know that you won’t be offered a nice hotel service.
