Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The room looked exactly like the picture. The shower was almost like a steam shower. I was feeling a bit congested and it helped a lot.

UzbekistanVery hard check in process You need to download the app, register it by sms code, moreover the sms code hasn’t come even. What if the phone switched off already? What if the rouming doesn’t work ? Very complicated check in I asked hotel staff to help with it. He told me the code of the keybox and and said 3rd floor but the whole process of checking in took approximately 30minute to figuring out what to do next in this quest

NetherlandsHallways are a tiny bit noisy, where our door clicks everytime anybody closes their door on the floor.
The reception was very nice and helpful, they gave us lots of good tips on nice spots and transport opportunities and an early check-in. Khris helped us with an easy quick check out and we could even leave our bags until our trainride.

GermanyThe parking lot is very limited and although we reserved a parking space, our A6 was considered too big to park there. So we needed to park publicly. Lucky us: There are very few visitor parking spaces near the hotel and we were able to get one.
Breakfast was good: very good variety, good coffee :-) and plenty of each. The Hotel is quite small, but in a positive way. Late arrival was perfectly prepared. Neighbourhood is very nice with a nice Italian Restaurant opposite the hotel.

GreeceThe only downside was the absence of a 24-hour reception. However, we were provided with contact numbers and names of staff members in case we needed anything, which was reassuring and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague. Everything was perfect – the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Housekeeping service was excellent as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

United KingdomBecause we booked through a 3rd party agency, we didn’t get info about late check in as our flight was 4 hours delayed. Maybe not the fault of the hotel. Bit confused over which emergency number to ring to access hotel on check in late at night. Got in eventually. Day before our check out our room cards got de activated and had to ring emergency number again. Hotel staff were very apologetic and gave us complimentary bottle of wine. Hotel staff said there is an app Justinmobile for room key instead of using a physical room card. 👍
Walkable to Prague old town without being in the centre. Few nice bars close by. Comfy big bed and pillows. Clean fluffy towels. Toiletries provided. Nice shower . Staff nice and accommodating.

SerbiaEven though there was parking listed in the mini description of the hotel, we found out that there was no parking when we arrived. You have to park in the streets around the hotel and figure out how to pay it using who knows which apps, in the middle of the night after 12 hours of driving, with baby crying while you’re carrying big luggage, stroller and a crib. And that is if you find a free spot. If there wasn’t parking listed we wouldn’t book this hotel.
The hotel was clean, room was comfy and the staff were friendly.

Communication with David at reception was excellent before arriving from overseas, as I had never visited Prague previously. Check in was easy and seamless. David was able to answer of my questions and value added , with recommendations of places to see, things to do and places to eat like locals do. Close to public transport Quiet room on top level Huge room and facilities were excellent including the refrigerator.
