The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Nice hospitality touches such as complimentary water, rooftop drinks, bottle of wine, souvenir. Very welcoming. Location is perfect for sightseeing and also for travel as the Airport express is only 10 min walk away.

The room was ok, but verry small. For 3 nights it was ok. A kettle to make coffee or tea would be great. Power plugs are limited.

Wenceslas Square Hotel has got an absolutely brilliant location - a stone's throw from Prague astronomical clock, Wenceslas Square and The National Museum (which are just around the corner!). Breakfasts were amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The entire hotel has a very unique and cozy atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and kind. At the top of the hotel, there's a cafe, that has a stunning view on the city. If you travel to Prague by car, you can let the hotel know and have a spot at an underground parking given (which is also very close to the hotel). Wenceslas Square Hotel's truly recommendable for anyone who wishes to have a very pleasant stay in Prague.

The staff was absolutely amazing. During our check-in everything was well-explained to us and on top of that the staff assisted us with out bags and showed us directly to our rooms. We even received complimentary drinks for the rooftop cafe and a Prague Pass which we used to get a discount at the Banksy Exhibition ! The location was also amazing as it was next to National Museum and a shopping street and walking distance to the Main Train Station! Our room had a view of the Prague Castle which was amazing but you can also get the view from the rooftop which was lovely.

Since we were with a baby and a stroller we had some practical challenges. We had to use the stairs from 5th to 6th floor, as elevator goes only to 5th. But still this didn't bother us much as we enjoyed everything else.

We loved almost everything about this hotel. It is a place with a soul, not very modern but this was a refreshment for us. The view we had over Prague was magnificant, and the room was big and very comfortable. Everything was clean and we even got a nice welcoming surprise. Location is perfect as it is in the center of the city, yet with not much noise. We are already planing our next visit.

We were on the top floor and there were no windows, just a small one on the roof.

Location is excellent, also customer service. There was AC, even very noisy internal body, in the hot weather it is good to have.

I like how the staffs accomodate us and help us with some little changes with our room. The view in our hotel was fantastic and we are surprise with the compliments they gave us when we arrived and even after we check out.The panorama view was awesome.Hotel is located really in the city center with a very good location for transportation and markets.We truly enjoy the breakfast!Thank you. Also my daughter love the bathtub woth the overlooking view of the castle..🏰💕😘

Parking my own car in the hotel’s parking lot was quite challenging. To enter, I had to fold in the side mirrors to avoid hitting or scratching them. Honestly, the parking area was very tight and limited in space. That was the only issue I had everything else was great.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The breakfast was a great bonus, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The only thing I would mention is a little bit outdated (but still clean) bathroom.

This hotel is a gem for those who prefer old traditional hotels located just in the Prague old town opposite the opera house. The view on the old town and the castle from the roof terrace is just stunning. The hotel is very quiet and clean with mega friendly staff very comfy beds and good breakfast. We received complimentary sweets and wine on welcome which was a real surprise. The hotel offers an underground parking located around 10min walk.
