Beautiful structure, great restaurant for dinner and breakfast!

If you seek quiet, comfort and minimalism then Źamek Kvasetice is where to head. There is nothing to do here – and that's the beauty of it. With no distractions you can simply relax in the front garden sipping fine drinks in the front-facing garden and delectable elevated Czech cooking. At the time of writing the hotel has a sumptuous interior focusing on comfort and cleanliness down to every detail. From the one-foot mattress in the bedrooms to views inviting you to the private garden out the back, the stay is nothing but relaxing in every sense. Breakfast balanced style and flavour with their silky scrambled eggs, freshly baked pastries and great coffee. I appreciated that food was freshly prepared to order rather than sitting out buffet-style under-heat lamps. It was interesting to note the rear of hotel has not been fully restored adding a subtle, hidden charm hinting to the building's history. I found the staff impeccably polite and helpful. There was nothing that I felt put them out and that's the way it should be. THANK YOU to all staff at Źamek Kvasetice. Furthermore, I really appreciated that the hotel only has 11 rooms, making the stay intimate and spacious. My partner and I will return for another weekend trip from Prague sometime in the future.

It's a pity the back garden isn't open to guests. It's so beautiful and peaceful but that's I guess how it remains so!
