It is an older hotel, so the furniture and whole building is older; but it is like it is. It was still confortable.

1) There is NO Satellite OR Cable TV in the hotel although this is advertised (The new owner has removed it), Now onlt Czech Terrestrial TV 2) The wifi in the room was so poor that it kept disconnecting every few minutes (in the dining room it was OK) 3) At breakfast the eggs / bacon / sausages were not hot 4) The ventilation fan in the bathroom did not work (room 101) 5) The washbasin in the bathroom was cracked

The "one large double bed" was actually two single mattresses on a double bed frame, which would dramatically slide off to the side if anyone happened to turn over into the crack in the middle during the night. The attached Plán B bar played loud live music until past midnight, which could be heard from the first floor. Breakfast poor quality and unfortunately compulsory. As another reviewer stated, an option to book without breakfast (for a lower price, obviously) would be appreciated.

Excellent location with easy access to the town centre, free parking directly outside the hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room well equipped (fridge, kettle, sofa, coffee table) and of a good size with lots of natural light. Shower pressure on point. Pleasant retro decor (though some of the furniture in the room could use some TLC).

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. While I didn’t expect luxury given the price, basic cleanliness was definitely missing. The towels had stains, and the sheets on the bed seemed questionable—there were hairs all over them, which made me wonder if they had even been washed after the previous guests. To make matters worse, the trash bin in the bathroom was full when we arrived. We got in close to midnight, and since the reception closed at 8 PM, we didn’t bother calling for help. However, when I had reached out before making a booking, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, explaining how we could check in late, which was appreciated. While I understand it’s not a luxury hotel, I still expect at least basic conditions like clean sheets, towels, and an empty trash bin. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Breakfast was good by the way

Not enough parking spaces, very close to a sketchy area, very noisy at night due to the traffic. The room had a really weird smell, probably because the windows are not getting opened on a regular basis. The breakfast seemed like a joke to us, honestly. :) We rather left a night early.

It was clean and its location suited us for the activities planned during the day.

We did not encounter anything to criticize.

We had an excellent room No. 404 consisting of a bedroom and a living room. The best was the view from one of the windows. We could see the historic squares of the city Žatec and the Ore mountains (Krušné hory) ridge in the background.

.The whole stay was like "not good, not terrible"... it was okay for the night but the servise was not as we expected from other reviews and the price. The breakfast was so sad! We arrived at the breakfast at 8:30 and almost nothing left, few sausages and eggs, almost no bakery, no ketchup... cereals were so dry, coffee machine was old and with terrible coffee, no fruit, not enough to choose from, we were really disappointed. Also the wellness in the hotel is not as we expected while it is the only wellness in the whole city. Price is 8€ per 1 hour, you have there 3 saunas... it is OK for a liitke relax but nothing special or nice.

Hotel is well situated in the city center. The stuff was nice and room spacious.
