“Very friendly staff (nothing was too much). Location. Clean and tidy. Nice fruit bowl at entrance. My son enjoyed the dragon fruit. Large roof top area. Central lift to all floors.
I heard one person complain that their room wasn’t made up at 16:30 but I knew the reason… understaffed. Not their fault as they really were keeping the hotel afloat. They really deserve a bonus for what they achieved. Don’t let this put you off booking as I’m sure a solution will be found. I enjoyed the breakfast.”
