It is not the property’s fault but I wasn’t happy at all with the other guests(the one I had to share the bathroom with). They were smelly as hell and everything around them smelled awful. Just my bad luck I guess.

The house is perfect and clean. It is about 25 minutes walk from the city centre and everything is really good

Very nice and cozy room. Everything is new. Absolutely clean! Very warm. 15 minutes walk to the city. There is tea and coffee in the apartment.

Nice clean house in a quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen equipped in all you need to prepare breakfast. Free coffe and tea. Pleasant moment to drink a morning coffe next to the pool.

The room was quite hot when we stayed. (as we arrived late due to delayed flight did not check if there was for example a fan to cool it down)

Everything was clean

Firstly when arrived the room was occupied mistakenly by one guy, After speaking with him - all was sorted.

The sound isolation is not too great but the other guests were quiet. However, I did wake up at 4 am when someone was leaving. I would just recommend to take earplugs :)

It was a cosy and exceptionally clean family house with 4 rooms for the rent. We only stayed over a night, so we didn't even use the kitchen. The room we stayed in was small but nice, there is also the TV and Netflix access provided. The house is a bit out of the city center and transport connection isn't great. However, for us it wasn't a big problem, it takes 20 min to get to the train station on foot.

There wasn't something we didn't like.

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful (even though we didn't meet in person). The location of the hostel was close to the city center.

My fiancee and I are very dissapointed in accomodiation. Firstly, room is too small for two grown people, bed is also too small for two grown people, mattress is disaster, not comfortable at all, cushions are small, flat and not to put head on them. We did not sleep at all this night and we are so tired from the night. Also floor is too lousy too walk on, walls are too thin and we could hear all from next room from that people who where been active all night. Price for this accommodation is too high for what is offering. This is the worst room from our all journeys that we have been through Europe and we want refund for our lost night and bad accomodiation.

The owner did not respond to any of our messages during our stay. 1 small towel per person is not enough in my opinion. The tv remote was not working, also we could not find any programme on the tv, there is no streaming service so the tv was basically waste of space in the room. The coffe was only the first day available in the kitchen, it was not refilled afterwards.

Kitchen is reallly well equiped. The bathroom is also clean, it is shared between two rooms. The room is as on the pictures, comfortable.

Bc of some problem, we didn’t had hot water.

The house was big and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. It’s quiet and calm. You have to know that in Memmingen you only walk, there is no transport, so you have to walk 30-40 min from centre.
