Suffocation in room. Even if weather outside is good, you will still feel hot as you can't open the full window.... and this is a major problem for summer month especially if its sunny outside. I feel in winter this will be fine. 2nd point: The shared kitchen need some improvement, though its an extra facility but will be a good add-on for the people who really want to use. May be one option is to provide a separate one for families staying at this hostel. 3rd point: Checkout time was relatively early. I think 12:00 noon is a better checkout time.

location was good: Easy to reach by train. Room was clean. Room size was also okay. A big work area in front of desk... So overall its good with no major concern except the points mentioned in next section. Towels were given, which is some time not given in Hostels.

They have private parking that you can book so you are sure to find your slot and you pay by card at the reception. Very convenient

Toilet looked like it could do with a good clean, check in service was self-service which was strange but reasonable I suppose.

Bed wasnt very comfortable. I could feel the metallic base. Parking reservation had to be made in advance else park on the street. The area has limited options for parking in the area. The staff dont really help you or direct you in this regard.

There's no fan or AC or any other type of ventilation, so the rooms get pretty hot during summer. In the shared bedrooms, there isn't individual locker for everyone, so it's on a first one, first served basis. Additionally, the lockers aren't fully sealed (a hand can easily go in, even with the lock on), meaning that you can't keep anything valuable inside while you're away.

Parking is an issue and you have to book with the hotel in advance to get a space. The worse thing about our stay was a lack of air conditioning, it was very hot in the night and difficult to sleep. The hotel do provide a table top fan which helps.

Nice clean hotel. We were only in Stuttgart for a night so it was convenient, there are a few shops near it and a shopping centre within 10 mins walk.

Staff was not very friendly. Told me nothing about the hostel. I didn’t know where things were, when to check out or that I could rent a lock to secure my personal stuff. Staff was no help at all and didn’t seem to care

It was quite hot during the night my husband really struggled to sleep. The staff told us the next morning we could have asked for a fan. It Could have been mentioned at check in but then again yes we could have asked so it’s not the biggest issue.

We didn’t pre book parking, we didn’t realise we needed to pre book - our fault I’m sure!

Big clean room. A bar, a self catering kitchen, a laundry room, supermarket nearby - all good! Visit to the Mercedes museum, recommended.

I stayed 8 person dormitory but there was only 6 lockers for backpacks, personal belongings. Maybe stuff can check this issue and solve this quickly. There was no hand soap at WC, it was empty.

Location is very close to Hbf which is very nice. Price/performance hostel (typical A&O 👍🏻) Dorm room was good enough spacious. Mattress and bed offered me comfortable sleep. Stuff allows you to use locker room to put your backpack/luggage if you arrive earlier than your check-in time. Also they will allow you to do the same even you checked-out. Thanks to A&O Stuttgart team especially the facility manager Vanessa. She is super friendly.

It’s was too crowded because of the size

The hostel is huge, which means a lot of people which was a little frustrating because a lot of noise near reception. The rooms were big and decent based on the choice I made no complaints there. The best part is if you request they can provide you with conference room so that helps. Also, all the amenities mentioned are available in hostel. Overall if you are looking to meet people this is your place, it’s were close to station just 20-25 min walk.
