Getting in the building was a bit hard but I'm not overly tech savvy so most people will find it easier. They did provide instructions.

Nice apartment with kitchen. Location 10 - 15 mins from center easy to find. Receptionist was friendly and helpful when I got in the building. I would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed at A2 Hotel in Memmingen to break up a long trip and had a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet – perfect for a good rest before continuing our journey. The little village itself is a lovely surprise: charming and refreshingly off the main tourist routes, with a few nice spots to stroll around and enjoy a slower pace. All in all, a great stopover that turned out to be much more enjoyable than expected. Would definitely recommend it if you’re passing through the area!

In one of the rooms there was a strange smell which we could not locate.

The place was close to the airport and railway so it was handy. The check in system was fairly simple since the information was written in both German and English. Clean and a pretty good space.

Windows have no soundproofing. The beds are too narrow, barely suitable for adults. The mattresses and pillows were rather uncomfortable. There are no nightstands - I had to put my phone on the floor. Access code system is finicky and inherently flawed - your code entry can be blocked if someone else previously entered incorrect codes or attempted a brute-force entry. No hairdryer (!). Also, bring your toiletries and paper towels with you - none are provided. The cleaning personnel are not properly instructed about the check-out time (11:00), so they came to clean as early as 7:30 (!!), waking me up, and again around 10:00. Despite the pretty cool weather outside (~10-12 °C at night), it was quite hot in the room. There’s no air conditioner, so renting this apartment in a warmer season would not be a good choice - keep that in mind.

Clean room and bathroom, big dining table, bright (4 windows). Plenty of wall sockets and surfaces to put your belongings on.

Everything was good.

Staff at reception very welcoming. Explained how to use the code for main entrance and in the room. Very good room. Very clean. Free parking on site. Very good WiFi. We choose to eat out but a kitchen with everything in the mini flat available.

Only the check in system which was tricky at first as the email correspondence is - as previous reviews mention - in German. But I emailed the reception and they replied with instructions in English and the PIN entry gets sent via email and text message on the day of check-in. So all worked well really, also, there is a coffee machine in the lobby but it was out of service.

The accommodation is in a nice quiet residential area about 10 minutes walk from the main town centre. The kitchen facilities are very good with plates and cups, fridge, microwave and hob ( the only downside is there is no kettle which would be a great addition.) We stayed in a double room which was a very good size with a large double wardrobe. Shower was nice and warm also. Opposite the main entrance we noticed a butchers which also has a small takeaway service for bratwursts, schnitzels etc. 👍🏻All in all we enjoyed staying at the A2. 😊👍🏻

No reception, opened few hours a day. Unable to store luggage - no sign or warning you can store in reception when opened. Had to drag suitcase to train station since they replied to booking message after 11 and you have to check out at 11...

Very clean, basic furniture but comfortable. Just a note triple bed room is in half basement, so people walk by window, however city is safe although bit uncomfortable felling

Everything was great. Small room equipped with everything you need, although I used this destination as an overnight stay before taking my flight next day. In the room there are no hairdryers. It wasn’t an issue for me this time as my stay was short. But to be taken in consideration.
