Clear self-checkin, room where everything works.

The 2 beds were put "the other way around" with respect to each other. Why?

A nice location at the city centre

There is no staff in site, so if you book last minute you should wait am for an hour in order to get the instructions with the password

At the city center

No reception. They only send information in German. The room is really small, not as you see on the pictures. The sheets had stains. The fourniture was old and broken. The WiFi was terrible. It really doesn't work in my room. There was no table to leave your things. When you open the window, you hear a strong noise from the ventilation system of the other buildings. For a room like this, 20€ is enough. I really don't recommend this place

The location was phenomenal!!!

Very little toilet paper. No kitchen towels.

Location is great for walking around and near major tram stop for further away and station.

Check in was a mess. Door wouldn't open after code entry so i called the number and they sent a cleaning lady to open. Then the lock box didn't work as they gave me the previous number so another call and again cleaning lady fixed. That's the problem with places without real Receptions but the adverts never say it.

Location, precise and timely communication

Very basic, small rooms. No extras, but what you get is ok

The bed was comfortable ,the room was clean

Very close to the centre and still quite quiet

The pillows could be a little smaller and the curtains could be blackout curtains

Location is great. In 1 minutes from a historical city center.

The pillow is really big, on the other hand, the bed is not so big, IMHO for such bed the size of the pillow should be less if you are a person taller than 1.40cm. There was an electric kettle in the room, however there were only 2 sockets: one in the bathroom and another one in the bottom of the wall opposite to a teatable, so, thereoretically, it is possible to boil the water, however it more looks like a joke, a bad joke. Taking the location of sockets into account, if you will decide to charge your phone do not forget to have with yourself a charger with a really long wire. The most annoying thing was a wifi, the connection was successful established after 50 attempts it was appeared that connection speed is really slow, and the connection can be lost in 2 or 3 minutes what will lead to the next cycle of 50 connection attempts.

Location was great and I was able to get into the room per instructions sent to my cell. Room was as good as I expected for the money and the shower worked well.

I never saw any staff but I guess I did not pay for that.

Location is absolutely perfect and awesome close to the main square and shopping street yet quiet. The room itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable.

While not totally needed during our stay, I didn’t see any air conditioning and the window only falls open partially. Could maybe be an issue on very hot days.

No mobile signal, cold always inside, sun never go inside, the internet 🛜 wasn’t work.

Location was the best part about this facility. Right at the Neuer Markt very well connected to the train station by tram.

We paid EU 200 for a room that had bare minimum facilities. The room was barely lit. Wifi didn't work and despite contacting the staff, there was no effort made for fixing it. They charge premium prices for a room that is barely a budget one.

Comfortable and quiet overall.

Fresh water in the toilet tank leaked on to the floor, from the pipe joining the toilet tank to the toilet. Not a major problem, but should be repaired. This was not waste water that was leaking on to the floor.

It was very close to the City Hall

We couldn't connect to the internet because the instruction wasn't good 😕

Location

The wifi did not work!!! There was no stuff to solve the wifi malfunction. Most of the communication was in german, although I asked for english. There was no view out of the windows. There was black mold in the shower. The shower head was heavily leaking. There was some kind of chemical spreyed in the shower, so I had to clean it first. For this service it was overpriced.

Great Location. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre ein Plus.

I had no Wifi (although they said they provide free wifi, but you can't use it). There was no phone signal in the room. I tried to contact the staff, they said they would help me. And :))) I spent 1 night without Internet in 2025. The room was smelly, there were many people like homeless people walking around.
