I appreciated the price of the hotel in the middle of the city. I was tired on arrival and grateful for a good night's sleep. Comfortable bed and good shower. Modern look with nice set up. Did not eat breakfast in a.m.

The wifi in our room didn’t work. Our room was the very last and furthest down the corridor, so maybe it was too far from the router?

The room we were allocated was on the ground floor, where the only window that could be opened faced the hotel entrance and the smoking area, so the evening was not a quiet one

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, the hotel's location is very good, close to the center and public transportation. For us being in transit it was easy to get to the central station.

The room was very hot when we arrived, obviously the sun had been heating it up all afternoon and there is no proper ventilation. We wanted to sleep with the windows open but the neighbours across were having a party so we had to use the fans instead. The bathroom was crammed and impractical. The location was not as close to the central station as I thought, and not really close to anything.

We had booked a family room which was big enough, clean and tidy.

The card did not really work somehow and we were locked out during the night, good that the reception left the phone number and we got a back up solution with the physical key. No AC.

Reception closes at 10pm, so if arriving later one has to either call a 'partner hotel' to be let in/use a door code, and then collect the key from a coded locker. Breakfast room seems to have a limited supply of large spoons, and the hot buffet sometimes ran out, with a 10min wait for more supplies.

Large, comfortable room, with good sized shower. Five minutes walk from a U-bahn stop, on the line between the airport and the city centre (although it does require one to walk up/down a long flight of stairs). 20min walk from city centre. Good breakfast.

What we didn’t like about the accommodation was the lack of air conditioning and the limited privacy due to the fully frosted glass bathroom.

The accommodation at Hotel Abalon was adequate; fortunately, it wasn’t too warm, as the room didn’t have air conditioning. The bathroom, made entirely of frosted glass, offered little privacy. The location is excellent, right in the city center with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at Abalon a few times. It is a middle class hotel, but it is comfortable and there is attention to detail and a helpful staff. Importantly, the beds are comfortable. I will book again for work trips.

The walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms is easily heard. Unfortunately, we experienced loud noise(young couple had“fun“ for hour“ late at night from the next room, which was uncomfortable, especially since I was traveling with my teenage daughter. Attempts to ask for quiet did not help. Early in the morning, cleaning staff start working in adjacent rooms, which can disturb guests who want to sleep in or relax longer.

Great location, just a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Very friendly and supportive staff, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and very comfortable. The garage was convenient and secure. Despite some issues, I would consider staying again.
