Hodnocení – Abasto Hotel Eichenau Toto je oficiální počet hvězdiček, který byl ubytování udělen třetí stranou, Hotelstars Union, podle oficiální klasifikace. Ubytování bylo porovnáno se standardy cestovního průmyslu a klasifikováno na základě ceny, zařízení a nabízených služeb. Vyberte si pobyt podle hvězdiček!

Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with your stay in our house. If you have any more precise information about what you weren't happy with, please e-mail us at eichenau@abasto-hotel.de, the more we know about what exactely was not right, the better can we make changes and therefore provide a better service for our guests. The restaurant right next door has been open for more than 2 years straight since we opened the hotel in January 2023. The past month it has been closed for approximately 4 weeks as the owners have changed and everything was renovated. Now the restaurant is open again and inviting locals and guests to come and experience delicious italian cuisine. We are sure that restaurants all over the world are at some point in time closing and renovating, and this is not only the case in Germany. However we are very sorry that it was closed right during your stay. There is another restaunt right across the street, it is an appoximately 10 second walk from the hotel, so there has always been another option for our guests, which is great. We do hope you could enjoy other parts of your stay and would be happy to welcome you again in the future. Kind regards from Eichenau

The restaurant next door generally closes at aorund 10/11 pm, so if there was any noise that was probably some private birthday close party. This does not happen on a regular basis and is most definitely an exception. We apologize for the inconvenience. Kind regards
