The location is great, the apartment is basically brand new, most of kitchen utilities looked unused, the kitchen itself was pretty much fully equipped, including full size cooker and oven, a Tchibo capsule coffee maker together with capsules, the bed was comfy and there was also an electric fan for hotter days. Our apartment was on first floor but there is an elevator and the parking lot is right outside the door, so bringing luggage in wasn't a problem. On the ground floor there is a VERY good Thai restaurant, which I highly recommend, one bakery is opposite the front door and another one 250m away. Right over the corner there is a wonderful walking path among the local vines

Just a small note: we like sleeping with the windows open, so we did notice the church bells in the morning. If the windows are closed, though, it’s not an issue at all. The parking area is a bit tight in some places.

We had a lovely stay at Living TIMELESS – Adler Apartments! The apartment felt warm and inviting, beautifully decorated, well stocked and perfectly clean — it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved starting our mornings with the views over the vineyards and appreciated how close everything was — from the hiking trails to the waterfalls and the cozy spots in the village. If wine is your thing, Sasbachwalden offers plenty of it, and the best part is that you can walk everywhere from the apartment — no need to drive if you don’t want to. Our host was kind and thoughtful, taking the time to make us feel welcome. And with great Wi-Fi, our son was especially happy since coverage in the area isn’t great.

Air system in the toilet a little noisy, not really a problem if you keep the door shut for sleeping. A little bit too much instructions on how to clean the flat.

Recently, we had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful apartment hotel, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The combination of hotel convenience and the homey feel of an apartment made it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of small, thoughtful details that made a big difference – like the generous, complimentary refill of coffee capsules each day. It felt like the staff genuinely wanted to enhance the guest experience. Adding to the charm, there was a fantastic Thai restaurant located right on the ground floor. The food was delicious, and it was so convenient to grab a great meal without even leaving the building. One of the highlights for our family was the kids' play area – it was spacious and filled with all kinds of interesting toys, keeping the little one entertained for hours. The owner and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout my visit. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions. I’d highly recommend this apartment hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and a few unexpected perks!

Beautiful apartment, nice balcony and rooftop terras. Good location, amazing views. Bakery around the corner (but also possibly to have breakfast in de restaurant on the ground floor). Owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to our questions.

- kitchen has no window, meaning it's pretty dark and gets very hot in summer - apartment gets very warm in summer time, when opening windows you do get a lot of noise from the road - no wardrobes in the bedrooms: for long stay not really anywhere to put your clothes - more kitchen utensils are recommended (only one pan for example) for proper self-catering - more kitchen/bath towels + soap for longer stays would be very welcome

Lack of A/C (understandable, we were there during a heatwave and a fan was provided), loud church bells starting from 7am (but not a significant issue), breakfast not available in the period we were staying (but, again, no problem as there is a bakery next door)

Sasbachwalden is a beautiful village so this apartment was perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway near the Black Forest. The apartment was clean and well set up with a fully equipped kitchen.
