How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Clarification for parking. Parking was mentioned but not clear about how to reserve it or where. It was not a huge issue since we drove all over the city and had to park all over the place.
Facilities were clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. Check-in procedures were easy to follow and accommodating for our late arrival. Staff communication was polite and professional to ensure an easy stay.

The picture is misleading and not what your room will most likely be. The actual room is very small with a small bed.

A kettle or coffee/ tea making facilities in the room would have been great, but this is a very very minor thing
Comfortable, warm and CLEAN room- the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job!! The hotel is conveniently located, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There was a mini fridge in the room too which was appreciated, and small thoughtful extras like a postcard and pen/paper. The lady at reception was always so kind and cheery, made me feel super welcome - thank you:)

The area around the hotel was not very pretty, but it was a short walk or a short trip on public transport to the city centre, so this was a minor thing. Our room was small for a double, but this was properly explained before booking and fine.
The hotel sauna was very enjoyable, the location was close to public transport and not far from the centre, and although we had booked a small double, the room was comfortable. The breakfast was standard cold continental breakfast, and the hotel in general was well kept and comfortable. The staff were amenable to making changes to the booking which was appreciated, and the room and breakfast were all good value for money.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The blanket was quite short (i am 185cm).
The room was very big. Good wifi. Located not very far from the old city and the main train station (around 10mins walking).

If only the bath towel could be changed every day.
The hotel has an excellent location, within one kilometer from Nurnburg Hbf.Room is large, It is very comfortable to stay, there's a kitchen in the room, the tableware is complete. The hotel staff is very friendly. Because it is very inconvenient to take a taxi by Uber in Nurnberg, an amiable lady in the hotel calls a taxi for me every morning when I go out to the Nurnburg Messe. I like the city of Nurnberg. Everything in this city is orderly, friendly to strangers and we feel safe in Nurnburg although it was the first time I went to Nurnburg.

Hotel is located within the walking distance to U-bahn, HBF and tram. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had utensils.

Very friendly staff, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The place is very clean and close to the U-ban and relatively close to the city center, even if you want to go there on foot.

A solid little soap would be welcome. Only liquid one in bottles is there. Not a complaint, though.
10 min from Nürnberg Hbf on foot My room included a kitchenette with pans, cutlery and fridge, although it was not mentioned when I booked. Ideal for a longer stay. Breakfast I had not taken, as I left at 05:30. Maybe not quite soundproof but I had a quiet night. I don‘t promise that for your stay.

There were no instruction saying that you have the open the room door by keeping the key twisted which made me call the emergency number in the middle of the night but it wasn’t a major deal.
Closer to train station in order to make day trips. They had a fan in the room which was really needed for me as it was hot when I checked in. They also had a mini fridge with everything that one would need which was great. Frank was very helpful and he even let me keep my key after checkout as I had left my luggage at the reception.

Nice location, very close to the tram stop. The hot & powerful shower is excellent! Really nice after after a long trip. Kirsten & the staff are attentive hosts. Flexible on check-in time and accommodative on my requests.

Too short Journey!
The owners are kind and warmfull. Their Scrabble eggs were awesome!!! Our nights at the hotel have permit us to recover between the different festival days. We were at our top for day of pogos 🤘 We will be back.
