Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SlovakiaThe Room we had certainly is not a family Room. The 2 beds are 120 CM wide, you Can sleep relatively comfortably only with very small children. With children over 10 years, it is definitely not comfortable. Even though the hotel is fairly new, you Can see already where maintanance is needed (e.g. wallpapers peeling from the walls).

FinlandThe breakfast was more or less the same every morning and the service was a bit slow (there were quite a lot of people at the same time and the food kept running out). On the departure day, we were given rather modest set to go with us (considering the price paid and as they were not able to send us off with any of the items we originally requested from the daily service). Agree that we had a very early start but it was still a bit disappointing.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and spacious enough room, excellent and large bed. As we were travelling with hand luggage only, appreciated the washing machine and dryer available free of charge. The hotel entrance and the shopping center door are literally 5 meters away from each other. Very convenient. Also there are some nice restaurants in the neighborhood that you can visit on Sunday in case you do not fancy a walk or short uber ride to the city center.

Good location, close to Stuttgart Banhof within walking distance if you need, about 15 minutes walk or 5 min by taxi. Parking lot attached to the hotel that belongs to a mall with special hotel guest fee ($25/day). Very convenient to whom uses car.

IrelandInternet didn't work well for us, but we have 5G so did not complain about it. Breakfast can do with more eggs options, the scrambled eggs was often dry, the rest of breakfast was good.
Room is fine for 2-3 days but for longer time, if you are a family of 4 or more like us I would recommend other hotels as this hotel doesn't restaurant, pool or activities onsite, you have to go out.

The room was very quiet especially given how central it was. Other hotels very nearby usually keep me awake with the sound of police cars all night. The Aloft didn’t which was great. The gym, although fairly small was very well equipped. It was great to have washing facilities for clothes, although the dryer was broken during my visit meaning my room look like a laundrette with clothes drying everywhere. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was outstanding 👏🏼👏🏼 and the staff were super f friendly and always happy to help.
