Great location, friendly staff, modern and clean rooms. You are a 5 minute walk just across from the train station and the hotel is adjacent to some supermarkets where you can grab water/sun screen/snacks/toiletries etc. Recommend taking advantage of the free bus passes which you can use to get over to Mainau if you don't want to pay for the ferry.

We were told that to enter the facility after 10.30pm our room card would allow us access through the front or side door. Neither worked. Because we had parked in the basement car park earlier we were able to access there and then take a lift that brought us directly to our room’s floor. If we had not had a car parked on the premises and therefore knew the layout we had NO access to the hotel through its two regular entrance points. It was stressful for us at 11:00pm but could prove to be worse for others not knowing the car parked on set up at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was a transformed historic building with a unique feeling. The room was large and comfortable and I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the mattress.

The curtains are non-blinding: there should either be shutters from the in/outside or curtains that can block the light, as our room was on the East-side with sun shining at full force early morning onwards.

Beautifully renovated from the inside, majestic from the outside. Well-equipped and clean bathroom. Good bed & tv. Location is perfect for visiting Konstanz.

Main access is up 2 or 3 sets of stairs (3 or 4 steps each). Not a big deal but when you are traveling with luggage it was at the very least annoying. I was unaware of another access point with a ramp or a lift.

Location was perfect ! So close to the train station for our next destination, literally across the street !! Close to the AltStadt also and the Harbor itself.

Good location with a parking garage nearby. Hotel has been refurbished recently and is in good condition.

Very limited parking directly at the hotel

Perfect location right in town and close to the ferry. Staff was very friendly and it was perfectly clean. Comfortable beds. No unnecessary lights from electronics and it was quiet despite being in the center of town. Aircon was great.

Nothing much. There was one power point that was not working, but we advised staff, and we would expect that it should be fixed for future guests.

Good hotel, which was better than we expected, and if we ever go back to Konstanz, it will be a great choice. Spacious room with good bathroom. Location was great - very handy to public transport.

We liked everything.

The hotel is directly opposite the station. Perfect for a shopping trip. The staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming. When they saw we checked in on my husband’s birthday they very sweetly sent a fruit plate and small cake to our room. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Konstanz.
