Lovely location, our host Carola was very friendly and helpful

Great location in the town, just a short walk (4-5 minute) through the park to the town centre. Very clean rooms, breakfast was excellent. Host and staff were very friendly and helpful.

A bit dated

The lady at the reception was very friendly, kind and helpful! The hotel is located in a quiet vicinity and is well-maintained. Also, the breakfast was probably the best I have had in any hotel ever - superb quality of products and clearly the owners put a lot of thought into organising everything.

For an American we normally use face cloths. That would nice to have.

Breakfast was ok. Location to train station. No blackout curtains or rolladen.

The hotel is right next to a lovely city park and also a five minute walk from Soltau Therme, a truly impressive sauna/swimming/massage/wellness center with a wide variety of pools and activities. We went swimming at 7:30 a.m. before enjoying the hearty and varied breakfast at the hotel, then continuing our journey.

We didn't like that our schedule only allowed us to stay overnight one night, as we would have loved to partake of more of the Soltau Therme's many activities.

The location was great, we were greeted warmly and offered paid breakfast options, even tourism information and bus schedules.

Sometimes hospitality can be too much, especially when you're travelling far and staying all day on your feet. From weird questions to assumptions that you must speak German if you stay in Germany and feeling like you're being "watched" and judged.

Really nice hotel with good service. Got a fresh and clean family room with a separate bedroom for the children. Nice, quiet and clean.

Nothing to not like, great value!

Central place, easy to find, and nice park close to the rooms. We had two double rooms on ground floor, both large and comfortable with access to balcony.

Room was very pretty. Bathroom older, but everything was Nice and clean. Room terrasse was a Nice surprise. There was a fridge in the hall, that guests could use. Host was really friendly and we felt very welcome. Great Location.

It was really hot outside and the room was rather humid. We could also hear the conversations of the guests in the next room. But for a few days this was a great place.

Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel which I want to recommend to everyone who is going to stay in Soltau. 10/10.
