It's a cozy little hotel with very friendly staff. Quite a difference from the sleeping factories I typically stay at on business trips! I really enjoyed my stay:-)

Everything. It felt like a family run hotel. The service was impeccable- great breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We stayed there during the Euros, and they had left lots of treats in our room to mark the occasion. It was convenient to the centre of Gelsenkirchen by foot, bus, tram. We would highly recommend it.

United KingdomAlthough this question is normally assigned to personal preference, I would like a thicker duvet for colder times and some fresh fruit at breakfast...... but equally, these two points may be ok to others.
From the friendly welcome to the checking out, I was made to feel at ease. The door card system is easy to use and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is very clean throughout and the breakfast is always fresh and good quality. The hotel does have assigned parking which makes it easy to park close to the by. All in all a good hotel at agood price.
