There wasn't enough parking space within the premises.

The rooms were clean and quiet, ideal for a good rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit late but we were served irregardless.

It's a long walk from the S-Bahn station and there are not many trains into Hamburg on a Sunday. There is a bit of a wait for breakfast so allow plenty of time to enjoy it.

Room was clean and newly furnished. It had an expresso machine and a kettle and a fridge. Staff helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, served at the table.

Everything was exquisite. Nothing to complain.

This is our second year when we sleep here. It's a clean, new, family friendly hotel. Wonderful staff at the reception, they understood that we needed to check in earlier and that our children in order to stay here, they need to "do the smell test" of the rooms. My husband is quite tall 1,93and he is happy because he fits in the beds from this Hotel. We will come here again.

I thought the bed had perfect firmness, but my girlfriend found the bed too hard.

Room and bathroom was nicely furnished. Very modern. They had recently installed a new door card system, and it had some hiccups. The staff were very responsive opening up the room for us when the card wasn't working.

Room was warm and no airco or fan. To cool down the room the windows were open but the hotel is next to a busy road with noise of cars. I would suggest a fan in the room.

Very nice,almost like totally new. I booked a room including breakfast but they don’t serve breakfast (yet?) so next to a refund of the amount I paid for the breakfast I got a room upgrade. Amazing big room.

The curtains were not dark enough which I find it troublesome in the summer. It also lacked air conditioning.

The bedroom was spacious and confortable. The breakfast was a surprise and very good, as you can choose what you would like and they will provide. There was also plenty of parking spots to park the car.

Not much to point out, the bed could a tad more comfy and the price less steep.

Excellent rooms. Spacious, clean, comfortable with everything you need for a night. Without a doubt one best hotel I’ve stayed on the road. We haven’t used the restaurant but assuming the by the breakfast it should be worth it. Good breakfast, parking available.

No air-conditioning- the room was very warm which meant having to open the windows and resulted in alot of noise from outside. No lift - all rooms are on the 1st or 2nd floor and can only be accessed by stairs so if you have mobility issues this is probably a big no no. The Fridge is very noisy.

we were on the way from a business trip after exhausting week. staying in Hamburg was too expensive due to the season and some local events, this place just 30min away from the city proved to be great! breakfast was very good, and the restaurant on site has plenty of options to cover you for the evening. very happy, thank you!

Only one - one of the owners does not speak English of which I was not aware and notified before. The rest was ok.

1. The breakfast was very good (big plus for fresh scrambled eggs). The only minus is the cups for the tea or coffe - they are very small. You may obviously ask to re-fill the cup however it is some additional effort which could be avoided simply by increasing the size of the cup. 2. The room was clean and fresh. 3. Very helpfull staff.
