How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

The roof was dripping on my bed. I called the stuff and they brought a bucket and towels because the hotel was full. Other than that, the hotel is good. They did give us free breakfest but the drops all night are not fun after a whole day in Europe Park which was great.

The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very communicative. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important during the hot summer. They hotel even gave us free parking voucher for the EuropaPark.

the fact that there was a DRILL AT 9AM under our room… then the fact that on booking it says heated pool .. and the receptionist told us “heated by the sun” (bro are u For real?) and she didn’t even know about anything for the charging station for the car.
the room and the domotive to control the room… it’s a brend new structure and the entire hotel is modern

There were some suspicious stains on the curtains next to the bed and some other on the glass of the shower, this shouldn’t have been overlooked. But that’s about it.
The bed was really comfortable, the TV was huge, the bathroom was really nice! We slept really well. The modernity of the equipment have to be mentionned, it’s really nice to be able to show from the interior of you don’t want to be disturbed or if the room needs to be cleaned just by the touch of a screen. Also the rolling electric shutters is something that is so rare in a hotel that it’s really worth to be mentionned.

We need kitchen in room or at least some electric stuffs, because we have kids. We really miss that. Also, restaurant is a little bit expensive.
It is really nice and clean. Employees are really kind and room is same as in picture. Breakfast was great.

If you wanted to use the pool around the same time as people were eating dinner you feel very exposed and watched because the tables are right next to the pool and there is no divider

Breakfast is absolutely amazing, staff are pleasant, responsive and accommodating and the location for access to the Park is perfect, à short 10 min walk through the village. Amazing.

Bit unclear what the timetables for a bus ride for the Europapark and Rulantica were. Not possible to enter the breakfast/dinner area outside breakfast/dinner times. Bit sterile atmosphere.
Nice, clean and modern hotel in the center of Rust, about 15-20 minutes walk to Europapark. Also busses available. Limited parking space, but electric charging possible. Very good air-conditioning. Domotics available. Smart-TV. Very good window screens. Spacious room and bathroom and (rain)shower. Swimming pool available. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast. Outside dinner is possible.

Difficult to maintain constant temperature with AC - if you leave it on it gets very cold regardless of the temperature you set. The duvet sheet was torn and even though I left it visible on the bed to be changed, it was not. Some towels with stains on them. Overall good, and the overall rating reflects expectations from what is advertised as a 4 star hotel.
Great location and very nice, friendly staff. Flexible with late arrival (self check-in at machine). Good mix for breakfast. Very convenient for the Europapark, bus stop to the park is very close by. A lot of restaurant options around.
