The look of the building is very old 80s architecture which I didn’t expect. Not very appealing. The fridge was dirty on arrival which i cleaned before using. Shower in bathroom is strange set up, was linked to the sink in the toilet

The building entrance and elevator seem very tired but functioned perfectly and didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The apartment was really close to all the main attractions, while some aspects of the building were dated, the apartment insert is kept in a very good condition. Light and bright with generous storage space made it an easy place to stay at. Although close to everything, it was very quiet at night.

I was mistakenly directed to a different building (94 instead of G4), which required a back-and-forth walk to the reception to clear things out.

The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and located near Tiergarten and Brandenburger Tor. A HIT supermarket, the Mall of Berlin, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Noise from the ventillation

Perfect localisation, in the very center of the city, close to the metro and S-bahn, supermarket nearby and many restaurants on the next street. Generally spacious appartment although the bathroom a bit tight. There is a lift, coffee express, also washing machine. Optional parking place, charged extra.

Make sure you clarify that you want parking and parking in your spot. They should give you a fob to open the gate - don't let them forget!

Perfect for a family! Walked to Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden. Many restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries around. Quiet and comfy. In-unit laundry was a huge plus!

Lack of air conditioning. During our stay was +29 and almost no wind so it was a little challange to cool down the rooms in the evening.

Near to brundeburg gate. Clean, quite, spacy. Building 77. Room on 6 floor. 2 separate bedrooms, separate living room and separate kitchen. Lot of space.

The double bed was made by pushing 2 singles together - not so comfortable in the middle. There was no fan in the bathroom, just a heater on a timer. We couldn't use the tv as it wasn't smart and the aerial didn't work and the music box was for cds only plus the radio (which we could have used but didn't). On the whole the electronics in the livingroom were disappointing.

Communication throughout was simple and reliable. The apartment location was perfect. Home from home with an amazing shower and everything basic that we could have needed. Soundproofing was amazing, we couldn't hear any noise from the street or building work outside.
