How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We could not get the bathroom ventilation to work properly, but apart from that, all was great.
The room was nice and clean. It was really cozy place to stay in. Location was great, short walk to Therme Erding and short car ride to the airport. The receptionist was a really helpful and lovely lady.

Everything was good, though maybe the price is just a bit steep for a suburban hotel. Taxi to airport is expensive (55 EUR). Not too special a neighbourhood I guess (not unsafe or run-down, but maybe not as beautiful-looking as many other neighbourhoods - if you care at all about that kind of thing).
Well situated for Therme Erding which is a 10 minute walk through the fields. We stayed two nights and were not much in the hotel other than at night. Found it very clean and comfortable. The staff were also pleasant and helpful. I can definitely recommend it for a visit to Erding. You can buy (modestly) discounted spa and sauna passes in the lobby.

Hotel Apfelbaum should give us maybe same free apples instead biscuits ? :D
Modern and new hotel located walking distance from Therme Erding water park. Rooms are reasonable roomy, quiet with modern and roomy bathrooms. Staff is very nice and helpful and overall our stay was smooth and comfortable. Breakfast is charged extra but only symbolic 10 euro per person. Parking is available for free of charge at the hotel parking. Great for value hotel for someone looking a reasonable priced short stay accommodation close to Therme Erding or the Airport.

needs air conditioning. Too hot in rooms. Showers spread water all over floor. Makes a water mess in the bathroom. Used all 4 towels to clean up water on floors. Then had no towels after.

Anyone complaining about a property like this is crazy.
The perfect transit hotel for Munich. Quiet and peaceful. Right near the thermal baths. Clean comfortable rooms. Good food. Just awesome.

Nothing wrong with the accommodation . Maybe tea and coffee would have been nice - but it wasn't advertised so didn't expect it
We did not see anyone at the hotel. We arrived after check in and picked up our key from the box. Got into our room no trouble. It was basic but had everytihng we expected. We went out in the moring - on our return the room had been cleaned and beds made. Could't ask for anything more

The fact that there is no 24/7 front desk staff available is somewhat inconvenient. The hotel across the street has that for a cheaper price. The front door gets locket at night and you need to go in from the sight door. Why not make the front door open with the room key card?? Generally the hotel is overpriced… You can get a room at the airport around 30% cheaper. I guess the Therma nearby is the reason for that.
Nice facility, comfortable rooms, very clean. Very friendly and accommodating personnel. Great breakfast bar for only €10.
