There is just nothing. Great hotel

Very good hotel, one of the best in Germany! Underground Parking, very good room, spacious, clean, state of the art. Breakfast also very good. Staff incredible and helpful. The gym however beats all other hotels. A real gym with just everything icl. access to the "tribal gym" - a full scale functional gym for professional athletes. All included. Amazing. There is also a spa incl. Olympic swimming pool - but I did not use it and cannot give any reviews.

The reception can only be reached by climbing a large flight of stairs, they helped with the suitcase but that‘s not great for accessibility reasons obviously. There were no sockets by the bed which meant I could not charge my phone at night and there was a clicking noise in every room I tried all through the night. Also, unfortunately the room cleaning was not great. They kept forgetting to replace cups, spoons, and tea. I also had a feeling that they may have washed cups in the room sink… I don‘t even want to know how!… the pool was also pretty brilliant, right water temperature and a really large pool. Though, I was not impressed with some of the seemingly regular people using the pool who were rather rude to me- no fault of the hotel of course but nevertheless, it made me not want to use it. Also, I know it‘s a German thing but is there really a need to still be naked in the sauna? Most women seemed super uncomfortable and I did not use any of the amazing quiet rooms because it felt too risky falling asleep naked in an empty room that naked man go in and out of.

I chose the hotel because they had sport facilities, a sauna garden and because of the unusual looking rooms. I was not disappointed! The room was very functional and well thought through. I was impressed to get a bathrobe and as many towels as I liked. A nice touch was also the bottle of water at arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the sauna area was exceptional! The staff was also really brilliant.

There were two tv units but only one single remote control. Every time I wanted to turn on one tv set, the other was also being turned on, same as navigating channels...

Stayed in the Apartment room this time and really enjoyed it. It has a kitchenette with all utilities, a comfortable couch and a bath tube.

The only issue was the location - it was nice enough but places to eat close by were a bit limited - I was staying for work and did not have that much time in the evening to find restaurants - there were a few places that looked fine but not if you are in a rush

- Reservation system for the courses could be better, we couldn’t join any of the courses we wanted to join even if we sent a reservation email a week before. - No introduction about the facilities was given, it took us some time to figure out how to plan the sauna visit, pool and the courses. Opening hours of the facilities are not matching with the information online. - Restaurant could offer more options with longer opening hours

Everything was very nice. Great location, warm pool and very good gym. Staying in the hotel was comfortable and safe.

The Spa is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. But the housekeeping is poor: the coffee, milk, sugar in the room was never refilled during our six night stay, also not after notifying the reception. Used coffee cups were not cleaned two nights in a row.

The room was full of calcium stanes in the bathroom area (under sink, countertop, shower). And it looked like it could be easily cleaned, i guesd the staff decided not to to the extra work and decided that it is enough with what it was.

'No Textiles' rule in the hot tub and sauna area! zero privacy up there and full from day visitors. Wouldn't have booked if I'd known it was open to the public and naked only area. Didn't get chance to use the pool either as they had children swimming lessons on in the morning, which is when hotel guests want to use it before heading out for the day. Was really disappointed with the open times and rules of the spa and pool.. very expensive hotel when you can't use these facilities. Next time I'll save myself a fortune and stay elsewhere

When first checking, the receptionist was griming at me as he could not speak English? Unsure what happened. A very nice lady took over soon. I did not like the spa policy of nude entry - but I guess it is a cultural thing, and perhaps there are days available for females/ males etc? We were staying at Sunday night, could not change that, as this was transiting only.

Hotel is located in the area that is close to main roads, making it convenient transiting hotel. Hotel has a huge health club - gym, pool, abundance of saunas and lovely terrace. Breakfast was good, enough of the choices and I guess catering for health conscious guests.
