How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Nothing.
Pit stop on our way down South. The hotel is directly on the Autobahn. The room was renovated, clean and quiet. The check-in was quick and the staff were very kind. Very good price for what you get.

The motel is on the highway but nevertheless it was very quiet and we slept very well. There is free parking next to the motel. There is a snack bar next to the motel where the food is very delicious. It was a great place to sleep if you go to LegoLand

When I arrived at 18.50 there was nobody at reception, nor at the coffee shop or the cafeteria. I had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to arrive!!!!!!!!!!!! The choice of food in the cafeteria used to be a lot better!!
The whole motel and restaurant have been renovated since my last visit. The new beds are very comfortable.

I have been staying here overnight on our journey to Greece for nearly 20 years and I make the same comment every time. The rooms need air conditioning so that the windows can be closed to block the noise of the autobahn.
Fields at the rear of the motel, great to exercise the dog after some hours in the car.

It was pretty hot in the rooms and we needed a fan.
We loved our stay there. Loved the proximiity of the food and the outside eating area. Plus loved the location being near to the wedding venue.

No airconditioning. The room was very hot. Also the water was 'contaminated' due to high water levels...this can happen. We got complimentary bottled water to brush teeth etc...but carbonated...quite the experience :)
The room is nice, clean and quiet. Location is good, and breakfast was nicely priced and good.

It was loud. Definitely wasn’t sound proof, you could hear people moving chairs and walking above you, dogs barking, and doors slamming throughout the day and night.
The location was nice since we were going to Legoland the next day. Three different food options including a little store with snacks and drinks.

All went well but I would have appreciated a kettle in the room.
We booked this accomodation on the way to nearby Legoland (10 mins car) because at an acceptable price. Then we found out it is in the highways rest area on its front side but as you become familiar with the country road on the back side it turns nicer. The structure is modern, quiet and clean, far from noisy trucks, with no uncivilized customers as the position on the highway may lead to think. Good breakfast at an acceptable cost (kids don't pay), supermarket just crossed the highway and nice Leipheim village at 5 mins where to have some local food and beer.

unfortunatly some building work going on in the main building .. moving out the burger king thats been there since the place opened (end of an era )
great easy stop over on route to austria . Been many times before ...very clean comfortable rooms autobahn location but easy access to gunzburg if you want to eat out. good 24 7 staffing.. good pricing

To improve: - despite being a non smoking place, our room had a very stromg cigarette smell
The best: - amazing breakfast buffet. Really worth paying extra for it - if you are just staying for a night, it is a perfect option

Pity the restaurant is closed for alterations but I think it will be good when finished.
I stay here 4 times a year and it's always been the perfect stopover on my long journey. I've been coming here for years and never had a problem.
