Breakfast was good if you stay for short time, but for longer stay you need to have more opportunities in the menu.

Location was strategic, near restaurants and shopping mall. It was quite and with good view.

Reception closed 2 hours earlier than stated in the evening so there was no one around to assist. We tried to buy drinks and snacks from the machine but only had a few coins, so got 2 small drinks only. When aiming for a self-service system, everything needs to work smoothly. Having one vending machine with a few snacks and drinks that only takes coins isn't gonna cut it. I recommend to add a couple more vending machines for coffees and perhaps some healthier things like mueslibars or small breakfast pastries, smoothies, yoghurts etc. and everything should be cashless and even better if reception could double up as a snack and coffee bar. The price for our room was OK but could be better or the hotel could have more special offers on.

Pretty standard chain hotel - rooms are modern, clean, practically furnished, everything new, nice bathroom, with decent size shower not, located in the centre of town, restaurants, 3 cafes, shopping mall, bakery etc. are also very close. Staff was friendly, even offered us a coffee when I asked if we could get one without having breakfast. You can book breakfast, prices are fair, 12.90 for adults, 5.90 for children. The room is good for a short stay, maybe 1-4 days. It's good that they have family rooms, which other hotels don't offer. There are also parking spaces for a fee, or you can part in front or around the market square (cheaper). We would come back when visiting Dessau.

I didn't like that there was not an open or designated workspace for our student group (10 total). We were able to utilize the dining space upon request but it was still problematic since there is not really any open seating for open work / space as advertised. I am not 100% sure we'll be back in the future.

I liked the fact that the staff was able to work through a few troublesome situations upon check in. The staff seemed to want to help.

Simple but very nice and new hotel. Absolutely value for money. The beds were very comfortable and the location was in a quiet area but close to the center and many restaurants.

Lift didn't work a couple of times. Bad smell from bathroom on two days. No kettle in regular rooms. Cleanliness was average, random hair clip left under the bed, a bit dusty for example.

The 'seamless' checkin through the booth was a bit of a joke, as you had to give in so many details, plus the machine bugged, so we had to wait for the manager anyway. Please keep your staff, this is super annoying and not customer friendly.

Lack of facilities in the room. Where are the basic tea and coffee making facilities? Nowhere to be seen. Could have done with a bar area to get a drink also.

The hotel is very clean and has pretty okay beds! On the other side of the road is a parking that is free to use between 19:00 and 09:00.

The room’s door was incredibly heavy to push and the soap bottle in the shower didn’t work.

Nice location by the pedestrian area, near restaurants and Bars, not dar from Bauhaus buildings of you like to walk. Room very small but nice and clean. Free parking.

There is no free bottle of water offered, no fridge, coffee machine in the room. Regarding the breakfast I missed the freshly baked eggs, but the rest of the offer was adequate, several types of bread, spreads, sausages, cheeses, fruit, water, juice, and they have an excellent coffee machine. Anyway, we need to understand that for the price you get all you need.

The hotel is quite decent, new and offering basic facilities fully adequate for accommodation needs. The room may be a bit small for 2 people, I stayed alone in the double room and it was OK, wouldn't be so happy if there were 2 persons in this size of the room. Although, it is very practically designed and arranged, so everything works just well. The rooms are clean and very well soundproofed.
