there was a bad smell in the room coming from the bathroom. fortunately, it was gone after we opened the windows and closed the bathroom door. otherwise, it would be too difficult to stay in the room in that condition.

the location is nice, the room is clean and the beds are comfortable. it's good in general for short visits.

This is a value to money location. Very close to main area, to enjoy city. Stay was comfort and enjoyable. Place doest have parking place of its own but there are parking garage near by which are good option to keep your car safe. Since you are in the city center lot of option to travel left or right. :)

Strong smell in bathroom. No seat with back. TV placement not good (high up in left corner). Should at least have attached an arm to allow adjusting. Current setup only allows viewing from bed, not seating area.

Comfortable hotel near Gallerie Shopping Centre. Staff very prompt to assist with room issue on check in. Good continental breakfast with some vegan options.

Very clean, just as described. I would prefer to have electronic room cards instead of codes but it is a personal preference. The hotel was very comfortable and self check-out helped us a lot since our train was at 7 am. The hotel is right next to the river and it was beautiful to sit there and relax. The only thing is that the sound from the upper floors are heard very clearly and had a hard time sleeping the first night due to furniture movement sounds or something. But to be fair it is not the hotel’s fault since it was probably another guest. Thank you for the good experience!

Equipments in the room were very limited, no trash can in the room, no water boiler. The wall are pretty thin, we could hear the guy next door kind of rapping

We were able to check in earlier as the room was ready. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and the beds comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a mall and the river, there is a 3min walk to the nearest tramway station and about 10-15min to the subway which amazingly have its own tourist information point.

The automatic check-in via touch screen wasn’t the easiest to figure out, but it worked. After a long day, walking into the room to find the lights on and the window wide open (with mosquitoes already inside) felt strange, though not the biggest issue. The real problem was the awful smell, like bad drainage, coming from the bathroom. With no staff around after 10 PM, the first night wasn’t great. The next morning, I reported it, and while the staff was quick to fix it, they admitted it’s a known issue. Why not just resolve it for good? On top of that, random noises from the ceiling interrupted what was otherwise a quiet room. All in all, it was a decent stay, but these little things really put a damper on the mood when all you want is a good night's sleep.

I enjoyed my short walk from the train station to the hotel which was across the street from the Rhine river. A shopping mall was next door and a great sushi restaurant on the river. Front desk sold champagne wine and beer to take to your room
