While checking in, I asked the reception to include the breakfast in my booking "Likely he did". However, in the morning I don't find our names in the breakfast list! I paid "probably again" but overall it was not a nice situation I had in the morning.

Everything was good, especially the reception man; he is very helpful. The rooms was clean and comfortable.

Good location. There is a supermarket and bakery a few steps away. It is not too far from the centre, within 15-20 min walk. There is a possibility to park for free in front of the hotel.

The smell when we entered the room was unbearable but it was sorted out once the windows were opened.

The lift was a pain in the ass to use, walking was for some reason not an option (my room code did not open the door to the hall).

I have never found a hotel with good pillows and it was the same here - they were flat and lifeless but, other than that, there's nothing to dislike.

Very close to the city center, you have a bakery and Rewe department store next to it, perfectly located. Best value for money. Really helpful staff, they also have self check-in if you prefer independence. They also sell water in the reception, all is great.

The breakfast was delicious but it would be great if some parts were slightly changed. And maybe a little more offer for those who eat gluten-free and dairy-free.

Small rooms, but still offer all the comfort you need. The beds were very comfortable for me personally. The hotel is a little bit from the city center but still very close to everything. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center. If you want to use transport, for example, the subway is less then 100 m away (I recommend buying a Nuremberg card if you are going to explore the city as it offers free entrance to museums and free use of all means of transport for 48 hours).

Hotel is near the highway, parking is available, the rooms are very clean, the bed is super comfortable. They even serve pizza, snacks and cocktails at the reception and the staff was very welcoming.

No staff at the reception during the late evening and night hours, and no phone number for the on-call staff – this resulted in me paying for a parking spot - but not getting it after all ☹️ Poor breakfast without scrambled eggs, bacon and so on… Small rooms.

Fairly quiet during the night hours, and the windows don’t face the street – so no noise. Very comfy beds!

The location is not very nice, it's like an industrial park with main roads all around, making it quite noisy. There are no nice cafes or resturants in the area. It feels quite unsafe near the station as you walk to the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, bright and modern. The room was very spacious snd comfy. It was near a station to get into town.

The room with the bunkbeds is quite small and there's no place for luggage. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Had we stayed more than one night, I would said something to the front desk. Wish the TV could link to watch Netflix etc. Lights available by the bunkbeds are extremely bright...wish they could have been smaller and or could be angled instead of illuminating the whole room. Pay for parking which seems typical for Germany.

Nice clean hotel, easy access to room and clear directions to get to reception and to hotel rooms as the building is shared with other services. High ceiling (perfect for the bunk beds) and comfortable beds with AC unit working perfectly.

A good hotel nearby the Metro. Wifi and bed are good. Good isolation of the outside world, no sound.

Rooms were small but had everything you need, location a little bit out the way of the center but has a supermarket around the corner and a metro stop 2min walk away, only 15mins into center via the metro.

Easy check in, friendly staff, let us leave our suitcases with them after check out for a few hours. Rooms were clean and housekeeping available.

€12 per night for carparking is more to the pricey side.

The hotel was easy to get there with car and had an underground parking easy to reach. It's also located near public transport and a step parking. The room was good. It is next to a store and a bakery when you can eat something.
