It wasn’t clean and there was strong smell that was uncomfortable and disgusting

Everything was good, especially the reception man; he is very helpful. The rooms was clean and comfortable.

While checking in, I asked the reception to include the breakfast in my booking "Likely he did". However, in the morning I don't find our names in the breakfast list! I paid "probably again" but overall it was not a nice situation I had in the morning.

Parking is an issue if you check-in late, if by mistake you don't book parking and need a parking there is no option to do it.

Good location. There is a supermarket and bakery a few steps away. It is not too far from the centre, within 15-20 min walk. There is a possibility to park for free in front of the hotel.

The beds are very small and our room was very small too.

Clean, quiet, parking at sight. Stayed for one night only. If we stayed longer, the room would be too small.

The smell when we entered the room was unbearable but it was sorted out once the windows were opened.

Room was clean, Metro was 5 minutes away. Parking was great. The guy at the Reception was friendly

The lift was a pain in the ass to use, walking was for some reason not an option (my room code did not open the door to the hall).

The touchscreen/keyboard was a bit cumbersome with all the data that needed to be entered

Free parking, quick check-in, modern, clean and quiet room. Some great restaurants and bars just across the railway tracks.

Broken TV.

Staff was really professional and welcoming. It is a big plus that the hotel have a private garage. Location is really great as a stop point on the long journey since it is close to the highway and you will not use to much time when exiting Nürnberg. Breakfast was ok.

There was a broken lamp in the room and also the vent system needs extensive cleaning (bathroom had a really bad stale smell).

Good location, parking underground and good breakfast. Also my room was changed so our group could stay next to each other. Very thoughtful!

Nothing to point out

Very close to the city center, you have a bakery and Rewe department store next to it, perfectly located. Best value for money. Really helpful staff, they also have self check-in if you prefer independence. They also sell water in the reception, all is great.

I have never found a hotel with good pillows and it was the same here - they were flat and lifeless but, other than that, there's nothing to dislike.

The only good thing about this place is "Emad" the receptionist. He was very helpful and generously hospitable unlike everything else in this hotel. The location too is very good as it is few steps from the ubahn and sbahn.

The worst experience in a hotel and we are frequent travellers. The room can only fit one person for one night, if you are a couple or staying for several nights like us, please avoid. There are no place to moove or even open your lauggage, no closet, just 3 hangers and 2 tiny open shelves. There is no daily room service. During our 5 nights stay they changed the sheets only once after the first night and then refused to change them again. I had to take sheets and pillow covers from the room service guy and change the sheets myself and he just watched me doing so without offering any help except to clean the bathroom -thanks God- after I negotiated with him and asked him where would we throw the garbage and empty the bathroom basket then? The room floor was not clean, while I was changing the sheets I discovered that the mattress cover was dirty and had hair remains on them, blond hair and we are dark hair so no way it is ours. This and the dusty carpet made me really disgusted. Of course there is no kettel, no complementary tea or coffee, not even enough toilet papers, soap and shampoo. The room is just simply a bed to sleep on for one night max. The whole hotel is understaffed, only one person in the reception per shift and that is all. The hotel owners must rethink and differtiate between being economic and being gready and cheap.

Small rooms, but still offer all the comfort you need. The beds were very comfortable for me personally. The hotel is a little bit from the city center but still very close to everything. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center. If you want to use transport, for example, the subway is less then 100 m away (I recommend buying a Nuremberg card if you are going to explore the city as it offers free entrance to museums and free use of all means of transport for 48 hours).

The breakfast was delicious but it would be great if some parts were slightly changed. And maybe a little more offer for those who eat gluten-free and dairy-free.
