A little bit expensive, especially that it doesn't include breakfast. The breakfast is a little bit limited and somewhat expensive for what you get.

We had two triple rooms. The triple rooms were the same price of the double room so it was better. The facilities were great and the staff is amazing and kind and helped us with everything. We stored our luggage there and collected it after a few hours and they were very helpful. The hotel is very close to the HBF and is about 15-20 mins from the old city center. Parking is behind the hotel and was for free.

The location is great, the rooms had a good ambiance. It was our 3rd stay.

The breakfast area was crowded. Plates left on the table (suggestion: guests bring their plates, etc. to a shelf or trolley). The pillows were too soft (German pillows!). Otherwise, I slept alright.

Friendly staff. Room was fine. Breakfast was fine (a bit crowded though given other guests). I was satisfied.

The only down point was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room You have to book the comfort room to have access to a kettle.

Family room was spacious and clean. Staff were excellent and helpful, we arrived at 12 fully expecting to have to wait until 3pm for check in but our room was ready and allowed us to check in. Even though you are right next to trin station this had no adverse effects on noise.

The is no restaurant facility at the hotel - just some vending machines with pre-packaged food and beer! Ony trouble was the machines were out of order. Located on the edge of town, close to the main train station, there are no restaurants in walking distance.

So long as you understand that this is one of the growing trend of 'people warehouses' designed to provide a convenient stopover withouot frills or staff, then you'll be fine. It meets those expectations well. The one member of staff on duty when we arrive (9pm) was very helpful and friendly and spoke English. The room, though small, was well-designed and very clean, although two adults, two teenage kids and a cat was a bit of a squeeze - for the price for one night it was fine.

Parking was so limited we had to park elsewhere. After my stay, I called the hotel to see if I had left a personal item and the lady was very abrupt and quite rude.

Good location, I forgot the key on way back in and called the lady at 4am who was so so helpful.
