Location was excellent

No one on reception most of time and no option to keep room on or look after suitcases until our pick up time. Pillows terrible. Not enough storage space for clothes etc.

Close to all amenities, good value for money. No complaints at all. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds as well. The room was very quiet and the location is also safe.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was clean. The location is great, right next to the tram stop to the city center and close to the Mercedes-Benz Museum.

There was no information that hotel parking must be reserved in advance by phone or email, but the receptionists were friendly and directed us to a nearby garage, but the receptionists were friendly and let us unpack first before driving the car to a nearby garage (about 5 minutes’ walk). It was supposed to be €3.5 per night, but we were charged €7—still not too expensive overall.

Staff was friendly and check-in went fast. Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Beds were comfortable. Location is good and you can get to the city’s center quickly by public transport.

Parking on site is very limited but you can park around the corner (200m) in a parking garage Wilhelmsplatz for €3 a day. Breakfast was too expensive in my opinion.

The location, it is near the mercedes benz museum.

You can hear the noise from the street, but it is barely noticeable.

Comfortable room in an okay location, close to the Zoo and fairly close drive from the city center. Easy self check in on arrival.

Carpark is only small and we were unable to get a space, although there is parking in the street but this is not secure. Staff weren't very welcoming. No kettle in the room and when looking if hot water was available had staff breathing down my neck and got told we had to ask for water which was abit embarrassing and made us feel very uncomfortable. Room window latch was broken and wouldn't open, luckily the room had air conditioning.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a great value for the money. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close the Bad Canstatt bahnhof and it made it easy to get everywhere. There is another UBahn stop with access to the stadium. The internet worked well. Recommend
