Place was very clean and is a proper hotel. Has elevator and air conditioning (very rare in Germany). No free parking but there is a parking lot for 5 Euros right next door.

The hotel is located next to both a tram line and a busy road, so if you prefer to sleep with the windows open, you might notice some noise from outside. However, since the room is equipped with air conditioning, guests who don't mind using A/C at night can keep the windows closed for a quieter sleep. One downside is the absence of a fridge in the room. Also, the hotel's parking lot tends to fill up by around 5 PM. After that, you'll need to park in a nearby lot, which costs €5 per night.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and close to a tram stop. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything you might need is provided. One big plus is the air conditioning, which continues to work even when you're not in the room, so you can return to a pleasantly cool (or warm) space after a long day out.

I had a twin room and i felt the bed were a bit too small, the upper mattress was always shifting and i had to fix the bed several times.

the location is situated at 5 min from the Metro station which in less than 20 min brings to the main point of attractions. The hotel parking lot was well lit and monitor by the cameras and there are 2 gas station which one is open 24/7.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Aircondition was very good. Possibility to recharge electric car. Very good Italian Restaurant at the same facility. Close connection to fast road.

The location was perfect! We went to LKA Longhorn for a concert and we walked home. U Bahn stop is few mins away. There are good restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is just beside the building. Room is clean, wifi is good, overall it's perfect.

Unfortunately, the amount of parking spots in front of the hotel are quite limited, another parking possibility is on the street, on both sides, even though in the evening I’ve heard some pimped muscle cars on the street. The room wasn’t too tidy, but still ok (the carpet on the floor isn’t the best idea in a small hotel room, if it won’t get hoovered every day). The doors are quite loud. They all close mechanically. Some guests didn’t care about it, they let the doors be smashed, which was kinda annoying in the evening / middle of the night.

Free parking spots in front of the hotel, first come first serve. The bathroom was clean and handy.

Nice hotel and staff. U-bahn stop nearby so convenient connection to the city center. Nice breakfast, boiled eggs were the only warm part, no scrambled eggs or warm sausages.

Due to the work on the metro line, transportation is done with transfers. Unfortunately, bad luck will continue for a while. This is not something the hotel has, but it is useful for those who will stay to know.

A clean and comfortable hotel. I didn't take breakfast because the breakfast was quite poor. It is in the suburban part of the city, but there is no transportation problem. Especially the female staff at the reception was extremely polite and helpful.

The free parking was occupied, so we had to park for 5 Euro on the parking lot nearby - which is still a good fallback option!

it's quite noisy in the night. we can hear the laughing and talking from the next door at 1 Am!. the door cries when you open and close it.

Breakfast is expensive- we used the bakery next door instead. The single beds have mattress toppers that are comfortable but slide off the bed too easily! There is very limited free parking- an alternative is available for 5 euros a day. Try to arrive as close to check in time as possible to get a space.

Generally clean and comfortable. It has easy access to the tram network. There is a garage with shop and bakery next door (great alternative breakfast option).

Environment was quite noisy. One side are two large gas stations. The other side was a noisy fan from an air-condition and building side.

The one thing I didn't like was being disallowed to have a kettle, even at my own expense or if I were to bring one. Staff said something about a fire safety policy, which is unfortunate, as I had brought things with me that required boiling hot water. Went without, but not a deal breaker.

We had just changed hotel as the one we went to was more expensive, the staff didn't speak english, and there was no air conditioning or wifi. This hotel however, had friendly, fluent english speaking staff, as well as GOOD air conditioning and free wifi. The check in experience was harmless, our room was close by, and everything was relatively hands free.

Located in a quiet area where you can find different tram routes. Good breakfast, it lacked an omelette, but had boiled eggs, a large selection of sausages/cheese/vegetables
