People in neighboring rooms and the hallways could be heard more than I would have liked. This only was true in my room, not the other rooms the family had.

The breakfast was fantastic. A big buffet plus made-to-order breakfast from eggs to pancakes to whatever you wish. Sadly we did not have a lot of time to enjoy it due to our obligations.

No matter what problems we had, they were all resolved, the staff from the front desk to the managers were extremely helpful.

Luxury resort recommended for families with children, absolutely all possible facilities plus a great playground. Excellent breakfast served in a hybrid system with buffet for fruits, vegetables, sweets and a la cart for basic dishes.

Every staff has demonstrated what the genuine hospitality means. They were all willing to help and they always ask us how well our experience so far is and how they can help further. Since this trip was to celebrate our dog's birthday, they were so kind to provide it a wonderful birthday cake and every one greeted our dog when they met it. This is far better than our expectations. Another thing we like is the quality of food for every meal. The omelette in our breakfast was the best one I have ever had in my life. It was cooked right to the point that none of spot was brown. The croissant which was made of quinoa was another one that should not be missed. It was soft, crispy and satisfactory. A healthy breakfast that started a great day!

Good breakfast, but the regular breakfast bread was too hard. It was impossible to cut, so I cannot imagine someone could eat it. We had to go to a bakery to purchase the bread.

A great place for family, Wonderful to have fun at the outdoor pool (also a warm pool for cold weather), and almost an amusement park-like facility for children. Must try the nature pool during the summertime. Such a wonderful place for families.

This is one is hard to answer when you have had such a lovely stay.

The staff were Exceptional and a special thanks to Axel and Ditmar who couldn't do enough for us and made our stay one to remember. The Spa and facilities were just what we were looking for, after having already booked another hotel in a slightly better location. We checked out of that hotel after one night and moved over to the Bachmair for a far better experience. We will certainly be returning!

My mother was bothered by the fact that dogs were allowed in the indoor restaurants. We didn't have a problem with dogs in the outside restaurant areas and the common areas, but the indoor restaurants should be free of pets

breakfast buffet was great, all food was really good in all restaurants, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a shuttle to get to the lake and the minivan wasn't available, so the driver took us there in a Porsche. My mother loved it, so did I
