Very comfortable beds; good location; car parking anywhere along the street; good value for money

The breakfast was simple but good, but a good coffee machine and great coffee would make a big difference. I liked everything except the coffee.

The location is excelent. And a lovely hotel. Despite a small problem to understand the Badrom that its private and super comfortable. The walls are in glass but is 100% private and inside the room.

It's a 20 minute walk from the Railway station but the bonus is you pass Karlsruhe zoo and see Elephants and Peacocks roaming free inthe Park , The Hotel is Easy to Find, Staff were very Friendly and Breakfast was good, Easy in and out With your door Pass . The Area is a little Run down but the locals are a Very Close knit Community and there's a good range of Restaurants and Shops .

Maybe in the Warm weather a Mini Fridge for Drinks etc ?

The hotel is in a fairly central location so within a 15 minute walk you can be in the center. The reception and dining room staff were friendly and helpful.

At first I was impressed with the contemporary glass bathroom design which is integral in the bedroom. During the night it became apparent that if your partner needs the bathroom during the night the whole bedroom is illuminated through the glass and the noise from the fan when the light is turned on is very disturbing.

Tiny sticker explaining use of electric shutters that we totally missed and so slept without . Hopelessly unsupporting pillows. We were told we needed to eat breakfast between 7 and 8 am which was too early. No kettle for making a drink

While the hotel was small, it was clean and well-maintained. The room, though compact, was tidy and provided a comfortable space for my stay. The breakfast was with a good selection of options. The staff, from the receptionist to the other members of the team, were accommodating, making my stay pleasant. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at this small hotel in Karlsruhe.

The communication with the team was quite nice and they arranged a late-check-inn for me, since my train arrived after 9pm. It was easy to find and the room fulfilled my needs
