Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaParking - only a few parking spaces behind the hotel. There are other parking lots but are charged by the hour. Also, the main sreet/square is being renovated and getting to the hotel by car is difficult and complicated.
Everything was new and clean. Good breakfast.

IsraelRooms are smaller then seems in picture. One room toilet air ventilator was very noisy. The whole street infornt of hotel was underconstruction and entrance was from a side street - but nobody from hotel reached out to let us know ahead of checkin. We booked 3 rooms - 2 interconnected - 1 double. The 1 double was away from the interconnected rooms. Elevator was slow amd then got stuck. But no help offered. I specificaly booked 3 double rooms - but in the beginning they asked for extra payment since rooms were "single occupancy" - though I defently booked double and NOT single. I had to show my booking to reassure. Other then that - nice.
Overall we got what we expected with interconnected rooms, netflix for children, breakfast was good. Town seems nice (we didnt have time to explore).

The hotel was located very centrally in this attractive little walled town and our room was a good size and well furnished Reception staff were excellent.

GermanyThe staff specially in the reception were not polite. I requested to get two separate invoices, and they did not issue it. With the excuse that their computer system is old! I had to leave to a conference so I could not continue the discussion. As a foreigner in Germany I do not suggest to go there!
The rooms were OK and it was the city center.
