I was not told on which floor my apartment was, just its name. So, I had to go around each floor and try to find the apartment. Very poorly organised! Moreover, it was very hot and there was no AC in the apartment

The room was a little bit worn out. The building is under construction or renovation now. The drain in the shower was clogged and water was everywhere while showering

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work very well, which made the room feel damp. There was scaffolding outside the window, it was not very comfortable to leave the window open for ventilation. No air conditioner.

Good looking apartment with pleasant lighting, furniture, large bathroom, comfortable bed convenient self check-in with clear instructions from the host. There are microwave, kitchen stove, fridge, electric kettle, coffee grinder and coffee machine, free tea bags and coffee capsules. There was also a small safe. Wi-Fi was great. Some kind of vending machine is on the ground floor.

The parking is not suitable for big cars so we had to park on the street. But finding a free park space were not easy. It's a multi-culti area around the hotel. The street were very dirty in the mornings.

The location is good, very close to metro station. The room was clean. The hotel is self check-in and communication with the stuff is via Booking, they were answering very fast. There is a food shop downstairs.

Relatively far from the centre by foot, although very well linked by U-Bahn. We didn't find the common garbage bins to recycle.

The apartment was a bit small for a family of 3 but would have been ideal for a single person or for 2 people. The shower design could have been better, because it was quite easy to get the bathroom floor wet while taking a shower.

The location was good, as the apartment was very close to the U Bahn. The apartment was neat and well equipped. Basic kitchen amenities were there. The hosts were responsive. All in all, we had a comfortable stay.

No door in bathroom (big issue when traveling with family) a curtain can help if installed, no luggage storage option before checking in and after check out, no fan or AC in room, only small table fan. These things make our stay a bit uncomfortable. We were travelling with 3 suitcases as it was our 4 th destination in Europe so we found it bit tight in space as after turning a single sofa into bed, u r left with no space to open up ur luggage.

Minor things: the apartment doesn't have space for luggage storage. If you arrive before check-in time, you will need to make separate arrangement. There is a lotto store opposite the apartment that stores luggage for a fee (5 euro per piece for whole day) but you need to check the opening hours. No washer or dryer in apartment and nearest laundromat is a distance away.

Very good location. Many supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Subway entrance is also 5 mins walk and only a few stops to many of the attractions (marienplatz, English Garden). The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped.

My apartment was facing a busy street. While it had sound-proof windows, there wasn’t really any ventilation or air conditioning. So you basically have the choice between breathing the stuffy air or listening to the noise outside.
