Big room..nice bathroom..nice bed and aitting area

Bathroom generally had hot water..cold water was coming very slow which was strange and generally it's the reverse Also WIFI was a bit slow and on the. First night the connection went out after 1 hour and didn't come back the whole night

Easy to reach, friendly staff

Really old, really loud, and dusty..My room faced the street where trams ride, but the windows are old so it's very loud. At the same time at night there were weird sounds coming from the bathroom, I guess from the pipes or so, so loud that woke me up multiple times.. The room felt also dusty.

Clean, well run and spacious

The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. Spacious, clean rooms Location very close to the center We had a great time.🥰

It was a stay for the "Cannstatter Wasen", so in a time, when prices alwaya are very high. So you cant compare to other times in the year. The room was ok, but the shutter didnt work and was defect, also a bit small for a single room. If you wanna use the public transport system, its really close to the hotel. So all in all, ok for Canstatter Wasen, if you need a quiet place to stay and friendly personal.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great.

For someone not too familiar with the train/subway system in Germany, it was VERY hard to find. We were ok once we got it "down", but was confusing with lots of streets and sidewalks to cross to find the property.

Awesome little hotel. Only a few tram stops away from city center or about a 20min walk. Room was exactly as pictured, bathroom was very nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and let us store our bags until check in. Did not try the bar or breakfast area but it looked nice! 10/10 would stay again.

Stairs to get to the room - not easy with luggage No easy parking around - it was difficult to find parking in the late evening (free parking from 10Pm to 8AM), otherwise pay every two hours. Neighborhood not so nice - not too much to see around and also feels not comfortable in the evening

Location was close to the fest but sketchy location, didn't feel that safe.

There was no night reception, so when some drunkard came back at 12:30 he just kept banging and pounding on someone's door for 45 minutes. You could hear everything through the walls including outside. I booked a double bed and they gave me a small single. The bed was too hard and I couldn't sleep. I checked out a day early because of all of this and no offer of a partial refund was offered, just an apology. At least it was clean. Also 12 Euros for breakfast is too much. I would never stay there again.
