The check in was supposed to be 16:00 but we only got it at 17:00, with no “sorry” or any other thing, which is wirrd as the check out was very early at 10:00 (we only came for 1 night)

Very unique with a special environment

It was not possible to charge an electric vehicle with a charging card. We had to charge at the Robinson resort next door. Our balcony was very dirty. The (bed) sofa was uncomfortable and worn out. The opening times could be improved as well, the Strandpirat restaurant, the Beech Atelier and the Mill Shop were not open all the time.

It is a great resort for families with children. Well maintained. Great opportunities for fun, such as the Beech Atelier in which the children did creative arts supported by friendly staff and the nice inside and outside swimming pool. Our duplex apartment had two proper bedrooms with comfortable beds. The badroom was modern and the apartment had two toilets.

The stairs used emulsion paint which was a bit slippery. Would be great to have a little grip there.

The resort was absolutely magnificent. We really enjoyed our apartment which was well decorated, very functional and spacious. The entire resort was well set up with plenty of things to do for kids and play areas at every corner. The mini farm was amazing as well as the two large playgrounds and skate park. Great breakfast. Stairs had a child gate to prevent falls.

The food at the restaurant is pricey and not so tasty. We had a very snowy weekend so we ate only at the resort, the food was a big disappointment

There's not much to not like at the resort. The sofa couch is not very comfortable for adults, but it's totally fine for the kids (and that's about it).

The resort has everything you need for a short stay, with plenty to do with the family at the resort, as well as around it. This was our second time at BEECH Resort, and we'll be going back again as it's so close to Berlin.

Internet was shocking and basically unusable. All the info provided on check-in was in German. The buffet restaurant closed at 8pm and staff seemed annoyed when we arrived at 7:30 - a pretty reasonable time to expect to be able to have dinner! Gym is in a separate building and costs 12 Euros a day, very good gym though.

Accommodation was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. Nice terrace area and kitchen stocked with all you'd need. Very comfy bed and good (much needed!) mosquito blinds on all the windows. Really relaxing surrounding area and lots to see nearby. Plenty of parking.

since we had a cafe machine in the room, it was great to have actual cafe as well so we can use it. the water park next to the resort was good, but the water could be warmer for our opinion. the kitchen was a bit small, but we didn't use it any way.

there were a lot of activities for kids. breakfast was great. the room we had was big and comfortable, very clean. there were a lot of activities in the area to do as well.

I disliked nothing. The reality exceeds the pictures on Booking.

The apartment was spacious, clean, complete, Two big TV, very close to the resto and aquafun, and a small shop. Friendly people.

The pool water was cold, the entry chips did not work properly. Always had to get out of locker room to reset them.

No cars inside and kids can freely play

Certain things felt a little overpriced (shop, atelier, restaurant) and/or overly complicated (e.g. using the swimming pool on day of check out). Sofa bed wasn't so comfortable.

Nice concept, great for children. Room well equipped and spacious. Beautiful location.
