On our way to the apartment (on the day of our stay) we recieved a messege that our check in will be delayed by 2 hours (16:00). So upon arrival we parked our car and decided to go out and eat. When we came back (17:30), the room still wasn't ready... we saw and talked to the staff and they said it will be ready shortly. They did apologise and we got drinks on the house, but we were tired from the trip (drove 8 hours) and had a concert at 20:00, so it was a quite troublesome... at 18:00 (check in was supposed to be at 14:00 originally), the room was prepared. We understand things can happen last minute, but the experience still wasn't very pleasant.

The apartment was near the arena where we went to attend a concert. It takes you around 20 min to get there by foot. There is also a shopping mall close by, where you can grab something quick to eat or buy necessities.

Room was much smaller than I had expected, and felt very stuffy. The street outside was pretty loud, people talking loudly, or cars driving by playing loud music in the middle of the night.

The room was okay and clean, check-in system even after reception hours was easy.

The room was in the attic (3rd floor) so the space was limited and moreover very hot during the night, we were equipped with ventilators which didn't help very much actually.

Room was clean and tidy, very good breakfast with a lot of food choices (sweet and savory options: cheese and ham, yogurts, musli, jams), friendly staff.

The breakfast is served from 7.30am every days apart from two days of the week, and this is not ideal if you’re leaving early in the morning. If you check-in after 6pm, you need to self check and there’s no-one at the reception you can talk to.

The room for breakfast should be a bit bigger.

Is a nice-cozy hotel. Not central but very close to themetro station which makes easier the arrival. The room was extremely clean and confortable. On theother side of the street there is a bakery where you can have an expresso or eat something the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I arrive late and the process to get the key was very easy. The communication was one of the best ever

Lights in front of the door when arriving. Had to use phone light to see the instructions.

The smallest hotelroom ever, but excellent designed it made it roomier and more efficient than rooms called upgrades in other hotels.

Nothing to complain.

I had a one person room. It was small but absolutely acceptable and clean. I arrived late but the access had been provided for. Very easy. I had come by motorcycle and could easily park it on the street below my window.

Nice location, easy to get to by tram. Nice neighborhood. very clean and quiet hotel. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

It wasn't so much so as "not like" but a couple of suggestions: - It would be nicer to have a whole soap dispenser for the bathroom instead of a small bar the width of two fingers. - The pillows of the bed were two different pillows but were meant for two separate people. Mine was super flat and was quite uncomfortable to sleep in, while my partner had a more dense pillow. It would be nice to have two of the same pillows! - I understand that it is a family run hotel, however I was not greated by staff when I entered (which I was told before hand to be fair). Some poor bloke and his partner ended up getting my key with a different key code from the key box outside of the hotel box. To me, if these people weren't nice enough to hand me the key, I would have been on my own without a room... I would consider this to be a safety issue personally. It would be nice and more safe if someone were to great you at the reception and then you can get your key :) -The room was smaller than expected since booking.com doesn't show a difference between the two rooms that were offered (visually), so I suggest updating your pictures on booking.com! These are more nitpicks, since overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

The room is super super clean. The small double bedroom is perfect for one night, and the bed was also comfortable.

The parking was not dedicated and I was lucky to get a spot outside. Not much to do in the immediate area as regards Bars etc.

The facilities are a little basic and the room small but to be fair it does reflect in the price. Everything was spotlessly clean. The shower and toilet facilities again were really clean and no shortage of heat. The breakfast was ample and the host was very helpful. Ideal for a single traveller on a budget. Well located in Stuttgart and ideal if you are visiting the Mercedes Museum (High;y recommended). So all in all very happy and would use again.

We booked a room for 3 people: me, husband and our 3 y.o. usually she had no problem to sleep with us in one bed. Beds in this hotel are not meant for this. I almost did not sleep on both nights holding sliding beds together for our child would not completely fall down on the floor. Beds are very light and sliding easily from each other. Another thing was breakfast. It is unacceptable to charge 10 EUR per person per day for such food. On a first day I had to go to reception 3 times: to ask for bowl for a yoghurt (there was none), to ask for more juice (it was only one type of juice and 0.5 l available and ask for a spoon. When we came for breakfast, there were dirty dishes from another quests on 2 of 4 tables. On a second day, the lady on reception disappeared after she let us in to breakfast room. There were only 3 buns for 3 people. Our family eats 2-3 buns per person. At the end, I got one more bun but was said that it was from yesterday. This day was no croissants. Only 2 small glasses of juice left for 3 people. The first thing we did after this "breakfast" was to go and buy food. If managers of this hotel read this review, please, refund our money for breakfast. I regret that I didn't ask for refund immediately. Third thing: there is no lift in the hotel. It was not fun to get on the 3rd floor with a 3 y.o and a suitcase.

Location is amazing to go to Mineralbader and Wilhelma zoo. Stop of public transport is very near. Check-in from 14.00
