Very friendly communication. Easy check-in process. Quiet place close to the city center. Lot's of restaurants close by. Within walking distance to the Stuttgart Zoo Wilhelma.

Parking around the hotel is easy by using an App (Easypark), but quite costly (about EUR 12 per day 8-22 Mo-Sa).

The mattress was very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a stretched out trampoline. The pillows were terrible as well. Overall, the hotel’s renovation looks very different from the photos and is quite disappointing.

An area close to the city center.

Very small room, and the bed was so tiny that two people couldn’t fit in it. A lot of noise in that area. I only recommend it if it’s an emergency.

Great location close to the pools at Berg and the Wasen at Canstatt. Great little hotel. Great transport links. Effectively self check-in. Second time staying here

It is cozy, clean, comfortable: enough sockets, table for work, nice mattress. It is really good located on the calm street close to the metro station which takes you to the very center on the city. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming from the very first moment. Their attentiveness and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The location was good for our travel purpose

It was a self checking hotel, we got a message from the hotel before arrival that the key would be in the coded box, and we needed to dial code to obtain the key. However, no key was in the box. Nobody was answering the phone noone replied to our message. We stuck outside for a while, trying to reach the staff or owner by phone. Eventually, the staff member came and brought us the key. Because of the delay, we were late for the event we booked in advance. Also, the breakfast was extremely poor.

Matress was super soft. Not good for me

Proximity to Mercedes Museum was good. Accessible by car or the local transit. Beds were decent. Great bakery across the street opens at 6 am for coffee and pastries.

No on site staff to help you. Our door lock was broken and nearly impossible to get into room. Very unsafe. Notified property 4 times and nothing done. No elevator. It is self serve check in from a lock box. A code was provided at some point but if you have no wifi or data , no international phone plan, or your phone is dead you are in trouble!Shower was visibly dirty.

It was clean, and clear how to get access.

The pictures didn’t represent the place, the breakfast was not included (it said so when we booked), the light of the streetlamps were shining in the room during the night, and the mattress were not comfortable as a couple (two seprate ones).

The apartment was near the arena where we went to attend a concert. It takes you around 20 min to get there by foot. There is also a shopping mall close by, where you can grab something quick to eat or buy necessities.

On our way to the apartment (on the day of our stay) we recieved a messege that our check in will be delayed by 2 hours (16:00). So upon arrival we parked our car and decided to go out and eat. When we came back (17:30), the room still wasn't ready... we saw and talked to the staff and they said it will be ready shortly. They did apologise and we got drinks on the house, but we were tired from the trip (drove 8 hours) and had a concert at 20:00, so it was a quite troublesome... at 18:00 (check in was supposed to be at 14:00 originally), the room was prepared. We understand things can happen last minute, but the experience still wasn't very pleasant.
