Being accused of not paying for our breakfast and the attitude of the person who was in charge of the breakfast room we felt quite humiliated as this was done in front of other people in the breakfast room

Lots of road works main roads and side roads trying to find the location made things awkward.

Stay was good very close to Mercedes museum not to far from porch museum, breakfast was good some reasonable eating places walking distance, supermarket next door.

Parking for motorcycle was extra despite just being on the pavement outside the reception. On leaving early, a refund I agreed with the reception but it has not shown up. Surly reception staff.

you should definitely improve sound isolation. I was living on the1st floor and hear everybody who was siting outside on a bench and who entering on a neighbor room

It was not smelling so well when I arrived. No AC- super hot in summer. I got my room in ground floor- can’t really leave open windows because it’s literally in front of the car parking so everyone can just come in. If people would smoke outside- you would be the first one to smell it. Hotel receptionist didn’t bother to say wifi password in advance. The room didn’t have a feeling of a flawless cleanness. Everything was rather old and little bit messy.

I think I liked the location of the hotel. The shower worked well. Yeah.

There was no air conditioner , only a fan which worked only in one direction and did not move. We were in the hottest days in Stuttgart at it was too hot. The main problem was we had a huge cockroach during the night. We had to kill at 02 AM .this disturb our sleep. And the hotel is not exacly like in the photos

The place is very dated. The place needs an upgrade.

It's very close to the train station and a few restaurants around. (If you take the bus, bus 42 /40) gets you pretty to the door. The rooms are spacious

The property is an outdated building, but somehow kept with some decency. There was a small problem with hot water if you’re staying for two nights and you’ll be out all day this place is OK. It’s a good value for your money.

It was located in a quiet area, although you need to go up a mild Hill to get to the property. Few places to eat about 400 minutes away bus service 42 up the hill two minutes walk tram 9 and 4 at the bottom of the hill 10 minutes walk. The room was big and the beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like the poor sound insulation. As mentioned in other reviews, there’s a supermarket nearby where delivery trucks arrive early in the morning. This is the biggest downside of the hotel.

Very convenient location in the city. A beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the city center. The room is small but comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy.

There was a problem with the sink blockage. But the problem was very quickly solved.

I liked the location and the price. 3 full beds for 3 of us. Very quiet around. There is a children playground nearby. I liked the balcony. And there is Penny shop just around the corner.
