Spacious clean flat in a quiet place at walking distance to the center of the city.

It would be nice to have means to make hot water for tea in the rooms. Not enough parking lots belonging to the hotel but there is street parking around (~11 EUR per day).

Nice and clean hotel, the breakfast was good and the parking place was a plus since you can't park on the street

Everything went really well The checking was good except the tablets to check in with wasnt working. The room was ample and the bathroom was very clean

Being accused of not paying for our breakfast and the attitude of the person who was in charge of the breakfast room we felt quite humiliated as this was done in front of other people in the breakfast room

Stay was good very close to Mercedes museum not to far from porch museum, breakfast was good some reasonable eating places walking distance, supermarket next door.

Lots of road works main roads and side roads trying to find the location made things awkward.

Location is convenient, checkin and checkout process smooth, Price/quality ratio is great.

Not present airconditiong in attic, unavailable secured car park

Upon arrival, I parked my car briefly in front of the hotel entrance to unload my luggage at the reception — something any reasonable hotel would allow. Shockingly, instead of simply asking me to move the car, the hotel immediately called the police to have my car removed or impounded. This was an extremely unprofessional and hostile way to treat a guest who had just checked in. Such treatment is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of hospitality and basic customer service. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking here.

After checking in, unpacking my luggage, and preparing to rest, I was unexpectedly informed that my room booking was a mistake and that I had to move to another room in a different building. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially after I had already settled in. Such poor organization and lack of respect for guests’ time is unacceptable. This experience ruined my stay and I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting professionalism and proper service.

Easy to reach public transport.

Very old furniture, bed pretty uncomfortable. Doors didn’t close properly.

The staff helped us a lot throughout the vacation. Since we were tourist we were confused about somethings and they helped us a lot. Also the price is really good and the rooms were massive and clean.

The room is great and the location is convenient, front desk was very kind.
